Hotel Servigroup Castilla

We've just returned home a few days ago. Great hotel and location. Just up a quiet road away from the lively area. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout with friendly staff. Our room was on floor 8 overlooking the pool. (I had asked for a pool view before we arrived). My husband and daughter had the full English breakfast which they said was great. There was porridge, freshly prepared omelettes, crossaints, toast etc. I'm a veggie and was always something for the evening meal. The puddings were lovely, bread and butter pudding, fruit crumble and custard, ice cream and a variety of cakes. The pool area was really nice and quiet (great bar staff). I must mention the lovely lady Jackie, we had a couple of issues where the room card wouldn't work. Jackie sorted it straight away. We were also given a complimentary room at the end of the day before just before we left. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would return in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic pleasant stay . Very welcoming and helpful staff . Nothing was too much trouble . Hotel was spotless . Staff always cleaning . Beds made every day , clean towels and room cleaned . Met some very friendly people . Just for people on their own , to be aware of the yellow brick lane . This a short cut , follow the main road . This is no part of the hotel . Just it’s common for mugging attacks . English are bait for muggers , and a dear gentle men got mugged . This happens all over the world . Food was fresh and tasty . Pool clean . A fantastic hidden gem . Thank you team , for making our stay relaxed and welcoming . Keep up the good team work .

Looked lovely on first impressions at arrival, cleaners make beds but some not cleaning floors, balconies and tables atall, outside pool area was also filthy with feathers and even carrots in it one day, sun beds not washed or outside tables and when it was mentioned to reception they did nothing until the next day , security around pool non existent when rowdy and abusive people came drinking shop brought large bottles of alcohol by pool ruining the hotels quiet business status completely again nothing done ,while we were offered plastic cups as they ask you to do and to top it all off there was a number of People with viral infections Not my idea of 4 star and should ensure all areas are cleaned every day not just in between days. I’ve stayed in better three star hotels up the road that do accept stag and hens and not had any of these problems

Great rooms with plenty of storage with very friendly staff room cleaned to a good standard daily and in a good location being close to the beach, old town and bars Did notice a lot more groups when supposedly no stag or hen parties normally book this hotel when in Benidorm but getting very expensive which are making me look for better value holidays elsewhere

We've just returned from a week here, the hotel was spotlessly clean, I didn't see any areas that needed attention, the cleaners did a great job in both the public areas and the bedrooms. We chose to go full board, plenty of choice at every meal, if you couldn't find anything you liked you must be extremely fussy. Breakfast was exceptional with English back bacon and sausages as well as everything else you would expect, the orange juice was good quality, in many hotels it's like orange coloured water. I was surprised at how hot the food was, usually buffet meals are lukewarm but not here, the waiting staff were friendly and efficient, quickly clearing plates away between each course so the table wasn't cluttered with empty plates. The pool had plenty of sunbeds and no fighting for them, the door opens at 09.00 , hardly anyone sat at the pool so you could follow the sun by moving to a new bed every few hours. I have no idea what the other guests did all day! I would definitely say the hotel is most suitable for the older guest, we are all retired but felt very young compared to most people there. We did have a party of stags for the weekend, it was good to have a bit of life in the place, they were a lovely bunch and friendly, didn't hear anything when they came back from their night out in town. The evening entertainment wasn't to our liking but we don't tend to stay in hotels for the evening preferring to go to local bars, when we returned after our evenings out there would be a lot of guests line dancing. Reception staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, it was lovely chatting to Jackie, she is an asset to the hotel and we discovered she comes from our home town, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to say goodbye as she was on her days off when we left. Overall I would recommend the hotel but not for the younger guest.

This is a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to rate it with 5 stars, however they were a couple of little things. The aircon in the room was ineffective and just not cold enough for us. The dinner offering was not great, I don't want a stew and Brussels sprouts when I'm on holiday. We managed to get something but we felt the choices were heavy with not a big selection. We could see that it would suit an older demographic. However for the price we paid the value for money was amazing. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold and was much better than dinner. We did not stay for the entertainment as it was singers and just not our style, however, it looked like it suited other guests. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the cleanest hotel I've ever been to, you could tell as you walked through the front door that it was too a very high standard. The staff are constantly polishing and sweeping up outside, it's really a credit to them. The staff were amazing and all the other facilities and the location were great. It was very quiet, lots of beds and umbrellas, no children running about and excellent music around the pool. The pool was refreshing, and the rear patio area really benefited from long periods of sunshine except an hour in the afternoon when it went behind a neighbouring building, but to be honest that was a good bit of relief. Overall wonderful stay and we will be back.

Lovely Hotel with great staff Fab breakfast and good evening meal . Very Comfortable quiet rooms Would definitely come back. We had rubbish weather unfortunately so only got to sunbathe one day 😑 Evening entertainment not for anyone under 70 but we went out. Not a place for kids more adult only style .very clean everywhere 👌

What a wonderful friendly hotel first time there but certainly won’t be the last , amazing staff throughout the hotel, cannot fault anything, we would like to thank Jackie, Maria , Daniel and Jorge for all their help and advice , when my brother had to be hospitalised and had to have operation and will not forget how caring they all were , would highly recommend this hotel as we have been in many hotel’s in Benidorm, but this is simply the BEST!!!
