Exijam a reserva na torre onde há apartamentos remodelados. Os outros não valem 2 estrelas e nada têm a ver com o que está no site. Comida de fraca qualidade e muito tempo de espera, com longas filas.

Boa localização, perto da praia e de todo o comércio. Hotel agradável e limpo. Área exterior com duas piscinas também agradável. Boa animação. Péssimo serviço de buffet, pouca variedade e de má confeção.

Estivemos em Benidorm pela 6º vez e esta foi sem dúvida a melhor experiência de todas. O hotel é otimo, super bem localizado,muito limpo e a comida foi surpreendentemente boa. Não me revejo em nenhum comentário negativo que li sobre o hotel. Todo o staff foi asbsolutamente prestativo, simpaticos e afável. A aminação do hotel também é excelente. Um especial obrigado à Lola por todo o cuidado. Com toda a certeza será para voltar!

This hotel has an excellent location, close to Levante beach (Old town end). The room was clean and presentable (no tea and coffee making facilities though, which i missed when booking) We were greeted by Carlos on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice and should satisfy anyones hunger first thing in the morning!

Great hotel, staff were friendly, great location, very clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was pretty good! If we had any ******* it could be that we couldn't lock our balcony door or the mens toilets in reception. The bar,staff wouldn't let us have a glass for room drinks only plastics and no kettle in the room! For a few nights,away its,perfect and the location for both old and new town is great!

This hotel is lovely. The Reception Team are great and very welcoming. Was a bit worried about previous reviews but no need at all! Very modern hotel ... would go back again. Although we didn't eat in the hotel, food did look good. In a great spot

Excellent hotel in a great location the hotel is spotless and staff were very friendly it's a very spanish hotel the food reflects this the rooms had powerful shower safe and fridge i would defo stay here again the drop off for coach is behind the hotel the hotel has 2 pools with 1 being heated

Can’t praise the staff high enough, couldn’t be nicer or do enough for us. Nothing was a problem. There was no snacks due to it being low season but that was not a problem. Staff went out of their way to make me tasty toasties n the offer of other light bites. The hotel is absolutely immaculate. Beds and pillows were really comfortable… no old blankets in this hotel but a nice duvet. Entertainment was mostly Spanish but hey it’s Benidorm there’s something for everyone. We had a great time watching the Spanish pensioners who definitely knew how to enjoy themselves dancing the night away, doing the conga, line dancing .. wish I had half their energy … was brilliant to watch . I’m not mentioning the food let’s just say I always found something to eat at the all inclusive n that’s all I’m saying. Staff definitely make this hotel ❤️ and as Arnie says I’ll be back xx

When we arrived they only had one room that was what we had booked within the hotel and offered us two ground floor rooms which stood alone outside near the pool area. The rooms were adequate but our room the hand towel rail fell off and the tap on the sink was loose, the shower was a good size but we did have drainage smells late afternoon. The room was quite small but had everything in except any coffee/tea making facilities but we were only there 4 nights but had we been staying more I would have asked to move rooms. The hotel was clean and quiet at night. I would definitely return.
