Booked with jet2 3 night stay, self catering apartment was clean,sofa bed was comfortable very hot shower reception area has a small cafe/bar for drinks and snacks. Didn't use pool area as it wasn't warm enough staff we came across friendly and helpful, short walk down a hill to all bars/restaurants sea front good value for what we payed. Only negative was having to pay 200 euros x3 for rooms in case of any damage (friends at different hotel also charged same amount apparently its the norm in benidorm) jet2 should make you aware when booking take photos of any when you arrive,was refunded on departure no problems.

DONT BE FULLED BY THE CHEAP PRICE charged for a fresh set of towels charged €25 if your friend has room key and you need in without one, receptionist asked to be pegged on arrival SHOCKING AVOID!!!

Its a no from me. This hotel is heavy disgusting and the audacity to ask for a deposit! Here’s a round up of what we discovered… - Had to make up our own beds, and didnt have covers for the duvet! - Bed was a slab. - Bathroom was disgusting. - Shower curtain was those horrible material ones and was dirty. - Shower head only directed at the wall and possibly the face of someone who is 7ft if theyre lucky. - Bath had a hole and they just melted some plastic over the top of it! - Bedroom blind had dried green boggies on it. - Rooms dont get cleaned so toilet roll and towels are expected to last you over 4 days! - When leaving they make you clean your own room & take the bins out. - Not allowed to drink anything that hasnt been bought at the bar around the pool area (fair enough! But even a bottle of water and the man is very aggressive, will shout at you rather than speak to you)

Room was very basic but clean and had all we needed for a few nights stay. We paid the €200 safety deposit in cash as didn't want to have to wait for the card to be credited after our stay. Be downstairs in plenty of time to check out as they run up to check your room before giving deposit back. We also took pics of any breakges when we checked in to prove it wasn't us but these weren't required. The beds were comfy with extra bedding and Pillows and plenty of towels. Would stay again for a few nights but wouldn't fancy a full holiday here. 10 min walk to New Town *****.

Stayed in these apartments for 4 nights whist on a stag do.apartments very basic but ok for getting your head down. ***** about 10 minute walk and it’s on a hill. Just be careful as when you arrive you have to leave £200 deposit. They also never told us that when you check out they go and inspect your room and due to a long queue they do this one at a time which made us miss our transfers and we had to pay £95 euros for a taxi. Staff was rude when explaining that we need to leave for our transport.So if you do stay here then make sure you check out a hell of a lot earlier and make sure you empty your bins as they was making people go back and empty them before handing the deposit over.

Anywhere I stay MUST offer at very least these two things; cleanliness and a decent sleep. It fails. Unfortunately one of our selfish neighbours decided to turn their room into a night club after midnight and by 3.30am there were no indications of it closing down, so I had to get dressed and take the lift down to reception to see what they would do about it. There was security on site so you would have thought after 3 hours of noise they would have noticed. It could be clearly heard over 4 floors going down in the lift (and probably from some of the surrounding hotels too), so an hourly patrol should have easily picked it up. The windows may have well been wide open because they blocked zero noise ( not sure if they are single glazed), and the floors and walls were clearly not soundproofed. The room above sounded like they were dragging their furniture around all night. Added to my lack of sleep, the rooms were dated, the patio doors did not lock and the bedroom light did not work. Other than this the room was ok..

We didn’t even stay here. Hairs in fridge, mucky floors, broken furniture, doesn’t look like the pictures. You had to remove your own rubbish, clean the kitchen and They took a deposit that hadn’t been mentioned before. Absolutely don’t recommend.

As 5 girls on holiday split into 2 parties)2 arrived the day before and sent us photographs of the room and pool area etc we were pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews, we knew we had to pay the 200 euros deposit and clean the apartment upon leaving to get it back.the que for checking in was long so we went straight to the sister hotel pool and bar and waited a few hours after putting our stuff in our friends room on the 22nd floor… The walk from the rooms to the pool area is long but manageable the lifts are a nightmare when it’s busy ,the pool is warm , the drinks prices ok ,plenty of sun loungers and chairs to sit on , the bar can be a bit slow when busy as one person is doing drinks and food, the receptionists were nice and friendly, cabs up and down hill to town are around 5euros when bus is not in service hours . We had a lovely time,our room was on 25th floor had a lovely view,air con worked fine and amenities in room are good.

Hands down the dirtiest and most unpleasant place I've ever been. We booked this for over new year's eve and read the reviews but I wasn't prepared for the smell. The whole building smells of stale smoke and generally musty. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned with an unflushed toilet and grit in the bath. The floors were dirty and the tiles broken and the couch had some very questionable stains. They showed us another room, but it was even worse. We left after one night for a cleaner hotel, La Eva Park.
