Gostei muito! Funcionarios simpaticos e prestaveis, comida boa e com variedade suficiente. Apenas precisa de uma boa reforma, fora isso, nada a apontar. Boa localizacao, muito perto da praia e da rua dos bares.

Diria que as 3 estrelas estão corretamente atribuídas a este hotel. Destaco como pontos positivos, a proximidade da praia, o ambiente familiar e a simpatia em geral, dos funcionários. Muito positivo, a Sam e o seu kids club, bem como grande parte dos funcionários dos bar e da rececao. Negativamente, terei de mencionar a pouco cuidada limpeza do espaço de refeições, espaço muitíssimo reduzido para um hotel lotado, muito barulho - sugere-se marcação de horários por quartos - os quartos pouco isolados de barulho externo, e alguns pontos da zona da piscina com mau cheiro. No geral considero uma boa escolha, para quem não pretenda gastar os valores que se pedem noutros hotéis e que até ficam mais distantes da praia e do centro.

Visited here with two friends on a lads holiday for a 40th birthday. Rooms superb and definitely value for money. Clean and spacious for two of us. Fridge to keep the water cold and kettle provided with tea and coffee. Bathroom spacious and pressure on the shower was amazing! Maids cleaned the room every day and the whole hotel was very clean. Lovely pool area for chilling out and the best thing about this hotel is the location. A short walk to the beach and all the main bars. Highly recommend uncle peds just down the road with great prices! Staff friendly and all happy to help. Check in to the rooms are around 2pm but a locked room to leave luggage is provided should you arrive early as we did. Only downside is it can be rather noisy with people walking past at night but this didn’t bother us too much as we would be out until late. Can imagine for families with children this might be an issue though. Overall would definitely come back to the hotel as was great value for money!

Stayed here with a friend for 4 nights bed and breakfast. We had a pool view room on 5th floor, no balcony but we knew this. Yes furniture is older fashioned but room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Towels changed daily and room cleaned daily too. Plenty of drawers and hanging space, fridge and hairdryer. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast had a great choice and food that was meant to be hot was piping hot. All staff we met were pleasant. Location great for the beach, entertainment and easy walk to Old Town. We didn't hear much noise from the street but there was noise from the room above us 2 nights in a row. We didn't see anything untoward outside hotel and felt safe walking around. There at times was a sewage smell from drains outside the hotel and surrounding streets. We would be happy to stay here again for a short break.

This hotel is a gem for the price you pay. First of all the breakfast is fantastic, fresh hot and delicious. Staff are very friendly and d helpful. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Right on the ***** and a few minutes walk to the beach. Yes the decor is dated but who cares the beds were so comfortable, air con worked great, showers were hot and powerful, had a really good hair dryer too. Felt safe leaving possessions in the room too. Will definitely go back.

Loved thishotel clean friendly staff location is great breakfast was lovely loads if choice pool is brilliant basic but good after staying in many hotels this was one of the nicestwould highly recommend booking again soon close to everyhing shops strips restaurants

Had a great stay for 5 nights Smashing location Lovely little hotel Friendly Staff Nice clean spacious rooms Fantastic Breakfast, good selection and piping hot Pool area was nice but pool was freezing cold, best to jump straight in then very freshing Heard bad reports about this hotel but honestly couldn't fault it, will definitely be back

Brilliant hotel. Don't listen to negative reviews. Staff so freindly. Lovely swimming pool. Perfect location. Excellent prices and definite value for money. I'm going to book this hotel every time now. Reception are fantastic too. Highly recommended.

Was totally dreading this hotel due to the reviews but they couldn't have been more wrong! Hotel was spotlessly clean, decor was dated but certainly didn't bother us. Breakfast was really good and also had gluten free options for my friend the chef would cater for her well. Location was really good and the pool area was great. Our room was spacious and beds probably one of the comfiest I've found abroad. The staff were excellent, friendly and cheerful and still helping me out even back home as I had forgotten something important. If I was to return to benidorm I would certainly have no issues returning to this hotel. (If you could please give me the email address, as I think I have picked it up wrong)
