Front of office staff at this property were excellent.
The apartment I had was excellent,
The car parking is the worst that I have ever experienced.
There is a great pub walking distance from the complex

It's in a great location, an easy walk into the city centre and to the lake. The room was dated, the bathroom was very old and had a skinny shower. The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked and the carpet needed to be steam cleaned..

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and bed is comfortable.
The only down side of my room: the window is frosted because it’s too close to the other rooms across the boundary, so no view at all.

Good stay. Cut short due to personal issues. Loud guests running up and down the hallways. Slamming doors etc was the only problem unfortunately. No supervision supplied obviously!!
