The location and river access is great! Didn't always seem to be the friendliest people, but the staff were very helpful when I needed.

Hot tub was closed for maintenance, no heads up or anticipated opening. Lots of construction noise. Bar staff was rude

Stairs were filthy, our bathroom was out of body wash and had no fan.
Bed was very comfortable and balcony looking over river was nice.

They were doing construction in the building we got stuck in. The bathroom could have been cleaner, the bathtub filled with water when I showered which indicates a slow drain. It was also noisy.

Shabby place, but undergoing renovation, which they didn’t say anything about when I made the reservation. Overpriced for what it is, but everything in the area is that. Looks like it will be better in a year or so.

This hotel charges a resort fee and other fees that add $100 to the room price. The room was $224 per night when we booked and we ended up paying $350 per night. The housekeeping was awful. The resort fee included 2 bottles of water per day and keurig coffee cups that were not replenished and when asked the front desk said the water was on backorder. The coffee was replenished after we complained but one of our ceramic mugs was missing and the old bedding was left wadded up on a chair after the bed was made. None of the vanities was cleaned and there was a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. The service staff in the restaraunt were very good but $21 for avocado toast was outrageous. Definately won't be going back to this hotel!

Partially under construction. Was charged an additional "resort fee" per night. Construction dust and elements around the lot and in the pool area, as well as construction noise.
I do appreciate the room upgrade.

Very pretty hotel. The parking was kind of silly and a getting to our room was a trek. Outside of that the location is close enough to downtown and the old mill district.
