Pretty good location and great views as all have sea views and facilities are good for a 2 star and cleaned 2 times weekly with fresh towels and bedding. This is also a quiet hotel so nice and calm and good for a sleep. I would return so recommend this hotel.

Had a really nice stay here partly due to how helpful, Jose the main man running things was, to sort out a couple of minor issues in the room, and just generally helpful and friendly. Fantastic view of the sea, with amazing sunrise on offer. kitchenette perfectly sufficient to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Didn't use the pool as it was January, but I would be happy to stay here again in the summer and would use it then. Great location and thoroughly recommend this place if you are happy with clean accommodation with no expensive frills.

Totally awful experience, which was resolved with a call to a police from my side. Receptionists names on duty 08.03.24 are Pepe Perez Reverte and Antonio Cortes Dominguez. I was insulted and scolded by one of these and both refused to give their names. The elderly one smelled drunk. Only with the help of police I managed to settle my price for one night as I was offered to go out in the rain at 11p.m. and learn the names of these great hospitality heroes. Shabby stinky rooms with toilet and cigarette smell, dirty greasy cutlery, stained beds - real pics are below. Please bear in mind there is NO central heating or air-conditioner, the description is wrong. The lousy dusty heater you see in the picture should be taken from the room to the bathroom if you want to take a shower. Such places should be deprived of touristic license

Ideally located apartments with unobstructed sea views. The complex is clean and well maintained. It is close to everything you need for a relaxing stay in Benalmaden

This is our second stay at sunny beach, since our last stay it appears to have been repainted inside and out, looked very clean and fresh! We had a room on the fourth floor with a fantastic sea view, due to the location their can be some road noise if you have the balcony doors open, but it wasn't to bad, certainly didn't stop us sleeping, though the rooms are basic they are clean and have everything you need for a good stay, the pool area was very peaceful and clean. Their is also a shower room you can use if you have a late flight! The staff were very friendly, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again.

What a lovely place to stay! A lovely family run establishment, very friendly & helpful. All rooms are facing the sea, you wake up to a spectacular view! Rooms very spacious, basic, but everything you need. Cleaned every other day with fresh towels & bedding. Fridge, microwave, kettle, makes for a comfortable stay. Pool area nice & clean. Not sure if I would stay in the height of summer as there is no air con. Unfortunately some very noisy road works we’re going on just outside our room, which woke us up early in the morning.. but… Overall a very pleasant stay & we would return. 😊

The views from the balconies are stunning, the pool area is never too busy plenty sun beds and the location is excellent, we were in room 50, we loved our stay.

Wow..... you could pay thousands for this amazing view.... this is about the 5th time here and everything is just on your door step.... apartments are clean and basic but what more do you need for a week or 2 in the sun apart from a bed.... sunny beach thanks again for your amazing service and fantastic weather and holiday again.... see you soon....
