Brilliant ground apartments, lovely view either side and so fantastic grounds, pool was closed and the gardens/grounds were closed. Pools were emptied. Apartment is a relatively good size, comes equipped and fantastic view of the mountains. Bus stop is close aswell.

We stayed here for 6 weeks in December in Block 4 1st Floor, firstly I cant fault the accommodation we had, it was well equipped for a long stay, clean and tidy and had a fantastic Sea View from the Balcony, the Beach is literally across the road, plenty of Bars etc to left and right, I agree with other reviews that there is absolutely no noise control, even thought there are signs everywhere saying to be silent between the hours of 10pm to 10am, we did experience Dogs Barking, and unfortunately Shouting and arguments in the early hours of the morning on a couple of occasions and Security did nothing to resolve this, it is also a sad fact that the noise did come from some Scots, and English people. The Pools were closed with it being Winter and no loungers either so cant comment on that, also no Loungers on the beach at that time of year, but plenty of Bars etc open, if you are wanting a relaxed atmosphere try the Sportsman, Wetherspains and Ten Ten Bars on the main road all Friendly and welcoming. Would I go back to Benal Beach Aparthotel? Perhaps with ear plugs because of its fantastic location.

I really want to raise the issues we had on arrival at this particular hotel. The hotel itself looks nice on pictures, on arrival it could not be any more opposite. I travelled with my pregnant partner and my 2 year old daughter. When we finally managed to find our room (with no help from reception), it was swarmed by mosquitos outside the door. When we entered the room, we was shocked by the disgusting smell inside the room. Also being cautious not to let any mosquitoes in the room itself. The bedding was itchy and dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. The air conditioning was not working. The balcony was filthy. It was absolutely unacceptable for anyone to spend a night, let alone a family. I was absolutely disgusted with the state of the room. I was texting the helpline who suggested there is an “insecticide” spray underneath the kitchen sink and to spray the mosquitos. I refused obviously as this is not my responsibility and did not want to risk the mosquitos coming in the room. The hotel admitted that they had issues with mosquitos during the dry season, which I found concerning as it had been raining. I cannot express how much this hotel should not be on ***********. Please do not let this experience happen to any other family. I look forward to your response

Worst place I've ever stayed at ever in my life. From 10pm till 3am nothing but noise.. how are you ment to get any sleep at all with guests blaring out tvs would post the video of my experience so people would understand the volume of this noise. Shame as its a lovely apartment via *********** ruined by their own customers. Had to go round trying to find ear buds witch don't cancel the noise either made from your own guests. Never again ever staying here. Hostel is quiter.

The apartment was clean but basic Location is great near the beach plenty shops bars etc early morning call every morning by a roaster Security to get into the pool area over the top WHY ?? €4.50 for a lounger at the pool no matter what time of day WHY? The owners of apartments will pay a service charge for pool /grass cutting etc so why can the complex charge again makes it very expensive for families every day

We stayed in an Airbnb which itself was good but what is with this apartment complex? Why is there such extreme security - it’s a dilapidated building in dire need of a major revamp! And you can’t get out of it for love nor money. For some unknown reason they lock all the exits aside from the main one from 10pm to 10am - WHY? Aggressive receptionists and over the top security at the pool - I’m waiting for a sniper to jump out at any minute!

Came here for a weeks holiday to relax, got woken up by roosters from 5am squaking non stop, would have been more relaxed if we stayed at home and watched TV. Awful, rude receptions staff. Dingy hotel, no positives.

The room was very run down. Not modern at all. Things were falling apart and over used. The ceiling fans rattled and made so much noise in the night. The shutters out on the balcony were so stiff I struggled getting them back down. The sofa bed in the living room was dirty and stained and extremely old and over used. The shower was terrible. The shower head was spraying in all directions and wasn't very safe as the handle to turn it on was easily knocked whilst moving around in the shower so the water went from a safe temperature to extremely hot. The shower curtain was so unclean. It was a mickey mouse shower curtain which wasn't a good interior design to be honest. The towels were so thin and not very soft. The apartment was very small definitely didn't look like its pictures advertised. The kids pool had tiles coming away and floating in the water. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Great location but not a great stay. Needs an extreme make over and modernisation.
