The hotel is very new, the equipment is good, the most nice thing is that the hotel staff has no problem in English communication, and the room is automatically upgraded to a suite, giving a big surprise.

Très décevant pour un 5 etoiles, l hôtel la maison blanche a perdu son faste d antan.... On arrive sur les étages de chambres sur moquettes non aspirées depuis des mois certainement tellement elles sont sales, on découvre certe une chambre spacieuse ( d'où le critère 5 étoiles) mais qui est vétuste et a besoin de rafraîchissement, la salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans confort et surtout avec des articles de toilettes déjà utilisés.... La literie reste confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un cauchemar....pas digne d un 5 étoiles . Il faut demander pour avoir des viennoiseries, le café il faut racler les fonds de thermos pour en avoir car ils ne rechargent pas, le fromage qui date de on ne sait quand et la charcuterie sèche et déshydratée. Vraiment vivement que les responsables se rendent compte de ce qu est un vrai 5 étoiles et même en Tunisie .... Ouvrez vos yeux!!!

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. About 200 people were famous. To be honest, half a person in Tunisia. Different hotels living in the month, her family's breakfast is small and poor, the variety is very poor, the place to eat is as big as a public toilet, 哎

The location is beautiful, super clean and well-served, the internet is not good. A serious problem we had was that the establishment offers you tourist transfers and to the airport, which operates you one of the gentlemen working on the site, at last we asked you to take us to the airport and send the child to make the Transfer, when we arrived, we charged 50% more than the recorded, we called the establishment and Lord refused to answer and finally we had to pay what they charged us, which seemed to us very unhappy, so be careful to this Lord.

What a fabulous place to stay. A beautiful Art Deco Building right in the centre with easy access to the Medina, shops, restaurants, railway, etc. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly from the Reception to the dining room staff and housekeeping. On arrival we were allocated a room on the lst floor at the rear of the building. There was a small block of flats not far from the hotel building where unfortunately there was a dog that barked a lot of the time which included late into the night and very early morning. It appeared to be left out on the balcony. I don't know what the hotel can do about this but it is a problem. The next day we were given a room on the 3rd floor at the front of the building. So thank you to the gentleman at reception who arranged this. It was perfect, no noise and like the first room was of a decent size and comfortable. The breakfast spread was great with hot and cold dishes and a lovely selection of cheeses, breads, pastries and much much more. A true feast. A well deserved Excellent rating (despite the barking dog) and we will definitely stay again.

The room is not bad, the space is large, the windows are large, the breakfast is also very delicious, very rich. It was my second stay in this fantastic place and will definitely return. The hotel is situated in the hearth of medina close to everything you need for business trip or holyday. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. If you are history lovers, you will definitely fall in love with this place. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is very good and very tasty. I stayed in November when the restaurants close quite early in Medina so I really appreciated the possibility to have a dinner in the hotel restaurant when you can taste delicious local food for good prices. And there is a rooftop with romantic view on nocturne Tunis. In the winter the rooms may be quite cold in the night although the heating is available. But all in all this hotel offers an excellent experience for reasonable price. And do not hesitate to ask for their taxi driver from and to the airport. It may safe your time and money.

Hotel location is good, the entrance is in the alley. Breakfast is very ordinary, there is a restaurant not far from the house. Be careful not to listen to the staff's command. Be sure to see the seat yourself.
