The hotel is immaculately cared for. The beds and pillows are perfect. The staff are so welcoming, hardworking, and professional. They work as a team. It feels like family when I'm here. This is my 3rd stay here, I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come to Beloit.

Very nice experience and exceptional customer service! I arrive at the Fairfield inn in Beloit Wisconsin on May the 6th around 4 o'clock pm. I was immediately greeted by the manager with great enthusiasm and she put my needs first right away. As I checked in I was asked if I needed anything and arriving at my room it was very tidy.

Nice rooms, nice food, nice people. I was here for a few weeks and it was pretty nice. A calm hotel, around a lot of good stores and food options. Good area, walkable, and chill. If I was in the area i’d like to come back to this hotel again. I would suggest it.

Thank you for being pet friendly! So many hotels advertise being pet friendly but aren’t. The staff presented us with a pet treat on check in and have erased a previous bad experience! Rooms are clean and renovated. Staff is super friendly! Highly recommend!

My room was beautiful and meticulously clean. It's evident housekeeping staff take pride in their work. The entire staff including the front counter, Lisa the breakfast attendent were amazing! Emily from the front desk went above and beyond over the phone to assist me with my reservation. It was a delight to meet her in person as she graciously greeted me when I arrived. In the future I will only stay here and highly recommend everyone to stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Beloit

Great customer service, very friendly and accommodating. Updated hotel. Clean room except for the toilet. Old style of sink outside the bathroom. Quiet hotel. Good location, near stores and restaurants.

Wonderful, Friendly, Professional and Definitely the standard for Hospitality. Every person we had the opportunity to interact with was almost too friendly, which was a refreshing surprise. The Hotel was very clean including the lobby and pool area. And even the exercise room! We don't typically take the time to post a review, but this Marriott location deserves a Big THANK YOU! We have stayed at several different Hotel Brand properties in popular designation cites and this one exceeds many of them from Chicago, New York, Colorado, UK, etc. And even one of our hidden Marriott gem locations in Muscatine, Iowa. What was remarkable to us was that both front desk associates we got to interact with on separate days were superb, the best two-words description we could come up with is " Platinum Professional" within the Hospitality industry! Unfortunately, we can only remember one of the staff members name-Emily. You really get the sense that the people working here actually enjoy what they do.

My son and I stayed the night there just for some relaxation and swimming. We were blessed with the pool area all to ourselves! It was a weekday that we stayed so maybe that's why. When we needed towels for the pool, or even to buy some things from the convenience area, the staff was amazingly helpful and kind. I've had some rude experiences at other hotels and I'm so glad my son and I didn't have to worry about that at the Fairfield. We had a lovely stay there and enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the coziness of the bed. Thank you so much for all the care and attention we were given!
