Loved the seasonal red velvet waffles and all the waffle toppings that were available! Definitely the best we’ve had at a Hampton or any hotel in terms of the waffles & toppings selection… Rest of the breakfast was decent as well. Spacious dining area… The front desk service was good.. Room and pool were very clean. (Love 12 pm checkouts.) Decorated very nice for Christmas… Got some cute pics of the kids by the tree and fireplace area they had staged. We will definitely stay here every time we’re in Beloit.

The place is OK. Not bad but not great! The carpet and paint are tired. The place is ready for some improvements. (The carpet is worn and feels dirty. Not just in the rooms but traffic patterns are worn in deep.) Staff was great and location convenient.

Reservation on line were fast. Check in took only minutes. Room was clean, neat, and inviting. Front desk employee was friendly, and helpful for places to eat. Chose Jerry's across the parking lot. Gre as t place and within walking distance.

We stayed here while visiting Lake Geneva area. Right off interstate and a quick 3omin drive to Lake Geneva. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Hotel first impression very clean and smelled very good. The corridor were cleaned and carpet without any stains. The rooms were clean, comfortable, only Con not enough drawers for cloths.

I stayed here for one night. The front desk person was pretty nice and did their job well. The hotel was packed with teens and they were very loud. I got the room right by the elevator which isn’t great. The TV in the room didn’t work and since I got there late I didn’t want to have anyone come fix it. The room was large and pretty clean. The bed was fine. At breakfast there were too many kids to get near the food and the area was a mess.

This hotel is HORRIBLE the staff is VERY nice but the hotel itself if old and musty and it’s just awful! Also there was a group of 70 - yes you saw that right - 70 boys with loose racking havoc at the hotel like riding scooters in the hallways with ZERO adult supervision. So if you want to go to HELL stay here. I’m out. NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent place to relax. Safer to camp overnight at a quality spot along the way home after a long week away from home. The place makes me feel safe and the staff is very kind and right on time with your needs.

We called around 9pm and front desk told us she had no time to help us. She had costumer at desk. Never in our travels have we been treated like this. we called The GM (Brenda) in the morning she basically made excuses for her. My advise drive to Madison. Rates are always less there. And they are friendly. This was a Tuesday night, not a weekend.
