The hotel's highlight is the location, very close to the Mines Centre, Central Market, Shopping City, friendly and careful staff, I liked the cleaning, I loved my stay and I would surely come back. One suggestion: more varieties at breakfast.

The Mercure Belo Horizonte Lourdes offers you an incredible stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated for couples, families, singles and Pets (small size). All air-conditioned and with free wi-fi. The restaurant has an incredible international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or have drinks and snacks at the bar. Use the event rooms for corporate meetings and the Business Center, and to relax, the hotel has an incredible structure, with a swimming pool, sauna, beauty salon and flower.

We stayed for almost ten long days in this hotel, where beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are always packed. The front desk staff is rude and will show you an attitude anytime you stop by to ask for help. During the checkout, they tried to charge us for breakfast on a day that we were actually in another city in Brazil. I had to show them the boarding passes to prove that we could not eat in the hotel because we were not in Belo Horizonte that day. They have a huge conference center that is always booked. Good luck trying to get a cab in front of the hotel. You will have to find space between the buses parked in front of the front entrance. Additionally, this hotel is on a hectic road, and the windows are not noise-canceling. Therefore, the rooms are very noisy. There is a Japanese restaurant on the premise where the service is equally lame, and the food sucks. We did not pass the appetizer because the waiter brought us the wrong beer and refused to take it back, and the tempura was disgusting. The manager is too lazy to fix that mess because they get enough money with the conferences. We are not coming back for sure!!

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

Hotel located well in the centre of BH. There is a very close proximity to the 7th square and municipal park. Care: quick and friendly. Room: wide and clean. Wands are dirty. Also air conditioning. I stayed in room 814. I have noise from the street. The same thing every day. It doesn't have juices but cool. It gets buses for excursions so breakfast can be very complicated. We stayed without eating some ingredients on Saturday morning, leisure: I used the pool. I was clean. I didn't have parking. The room was cleaned every day, but no savon and shampoo were put in our rooms. I would be very close to shopping, but I would be again, and look for other hotels before going on.

I enjoyed the accommodation. Cost x ideal benefit. nice staff. Breakfast was great. I went to work. I was perfect for rest and stay. I just missed takes in the room and the cover was not a pleasant smell. I used the convenient parking, $40,00 per day with the hotel discount.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Water is an essential item that is extremely expensive, out of the ordinary. Bad pillows, good bed, good room space, small bathroom. Great breakfast! Complimentary and good garage. We won't be back.

Me hospedei por motivo de férias. O hotel tem uma vista linda, o estacionamento custa 30 reais por noite, mas se tiver um carro muito grande vai ser difícil entrar. Me deram um quarto no térreo e não consegui dormir pelo barulho: noite em claro. Quanto aos detalhes: blackout rasgado, lençol de baixo pequeno que não forrava o colchão, controle do ar totalmente sujo e grudento. O pessoal da recepção é muito educado e disponível, em quanto o gerente é tudo menos que gerente: deselegante e inconveniente. Eu não voltarei e não recomendo!

Excellent staff. Hotel with small but cosy rooms. Unfortunately I found a cheap in the room. The room was clean, but probably not correctly detected. I had no paper in the bathroom, I had to ask at the reception. The breakfast is complete and the parking is a little tight if it is full.

GGuest UserEstive em BH em Junho de 2023 para participar de um processo seletivo e acabei ficando alguns dias a mais. Posso dizer que a experiência de ter ficado no Br Hostel foi excepcional! Bom custo-benefício, local bem limpo, organizado e conta com uma ótima estrutura. A localização é privilegiada, em um bairro tranquilo e seguro. Nos arredores, conta com uma grande variedade de restaurantes e serviços como supermercado e farmácia. Alguns dos principais museus e atrativos turísticos da cidade estão a poucos minutos a pé do Hostel. Atendimento nota 10!

The Hotel Fasano in Belo Horizonte, with its inimitable style emblematic of the Fasano chain, sits elegantly within the city, a beacon of refined hospitality. The reception, graced by friendly and charming staff, occasionally speaking German, is a delight. The diversity among the staff is a refreshing sight, adding to the hotel’s charm; the presence of a receptionist adorned with numerous tattoos was a particularly cool touch. The concierge service is exceedingly diligent and dedicated, a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. They provided us with complimentary concert tickets, allowing us to enjoy a splendid evening filled with music. The restaurant, known for its excellence, operates with impressive efficiency. The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

Traveled to Brazil to visit family. I’ve stayed here back in 2006 just after it was opened. It was lovely. This time in 2022 April I would give it a miss. The staff were rude particularly the guy with grey hair and tattoos on his arm at reception. I first got to the room and was surprised and how dirty the whole place was. Stains on the carpet smears on the walls and when I got to my room, holes in my sheets. I then went downstairs and politely asked to be upgraded at my expense. The next room was a suite with a beautiful corner room view. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. The next day I asked for assistance to look at it, I was told it worked. I said I was cooler in the hallway than it was in my suite. They would not provide any help. I even had my brother who spoke Portuguese sort the issue as they didn’t seem interested. This resulted in the embarrassing task of relocating to 3 different rooms and then downgrading because there was no working air conditioning in many of the rooms despite the hotel saying it worked. To mention the other issues: I was double charged for my prepaid stay on the way out. Our rooms weren’t cleaned daIly. The buffet was not to standard Although is has a great location, try the Mercure one block back… this is not an Accor hotel. It’s not up to standard.. Dirty, rude staff, bad air conditioning, unclean.

A começar pelo chuveiro que com água quente parecia uma bica, o ar condicionado pingando água, o estacionamento apesar de ser parte do hotel é cobrado à parte e não é barato. Mas para mim o pior mesmo foi o fato de ter que fazer o checkout 15 minutos antes das 6 e não ter nem um café preto pra tomar. Conversei com o restaurante na noite anterior e me informaram que excepcionalmente naquele dia o café seria após as 6:30 e nada poderia ser feito. Certamente não volto nunca mais e nenhum conhecido meu se hospeda aqui.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very good, staff are attentive, the cleaning of the site is excellent, the location was great for what my boyfriend and I needed and breakfast had plenty of choices than eating and quality.
The only thing I have to complain is that I left a bedroom with a couple bed and I was provided a bedroom with two single beds, I understand that due to the time I check in there were no more rooms available, But, as I had made the reservation and when I left the luggage at the reception, I hoped that when I arrived the room I reserved was available.

Entrance to the car park on the side, with an elevator attached to the rooms.
The only caveat is regarding the procedures for ”buying” the entrance to the breakfast, which in the way that it is carried out ended up generating a considerable queue and a bit of turmoil at the reception.

The hotel is ok, but not adequate for a 4*. Breakfast was very poor, fruit did not look good, and not much variety of things. The AC in the room is highly annoying, very noisy, and no actual regulation. Still, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable
