Not a bad hotel, liked the fire zone outside and cozy restaurant. I didn't like how the cleaner came in the morning and woke me up knocking on the door for cleaning, it was my check out day, I just wanted to sleep a little longer before the road.

Everything was great (service, cleanliness, etc) except the bed & pillow comfort level was not good. Didn’t sleep well because of it. I think we like a softer bed and a firmer pillow than down, so that is just our personal preference. Should have brought my pillow from home. Otherwise, would stay again. Breakfast was really good.

Our room was clean and up to date. They actually make the bed and change out linens everyday at this hotel, without you asking! Staff was very attentive to our questions and needs.

Stayed somewhere else last night… and yup I realized this is where we should’ve booked originally. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, clean and comfy rooms, feels peaceful.

We had a very mediocre stay and I’m perplexed why the ratings for this place are so high . The breakfast was limited and the pancakes were as hard as hockey pucks and very little fresh anything. The cereal options were limited and the food wasn’t even warm. The hotel itself is older and in beat up condition. The hot tub jets don’t work and I expected more for the price I paid. Even the location is out of the way. Stay elsewhere next time you’re in the Seattle area!
