There were 6 of us and we booked two, two bed apartments. We had no problems with parking but it's non-term time at the University so this may be different during term time. We had very clear instructions on how to get into the properties and communication from the owners overall was fantastic. We only ate breakfast here but the apartment seemed to have everything needed. Both apartments were nicely decorated and very comfortable, one bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and there was a second bathroom which is very handy for three people. We walked into the city centre but there is a bus stop close by and you can catch the hop-on, hop-off bus close to the property. It is also close to the Ulster Museum, Queens Uni and the Botanical Gardens and we'd recommend visiting all three. We ate at Maggie Mays near to the Botanical Gardens and would recommend it, especially if you have a group with mixed dietary requirements. Their vegan/vegetarian menu is very good. There are plenty of coffee shops and a big Tesco local. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
