Location is perfect for the Waterfront Hall and convenient for city centre and shops. The hotel, although busy, was quiet at night and the bed really comfortable, so we had a great night's sleep. We were really pleased to see that the old shower over the bath is now replaced with a lovely big walk-in shower. You can open the window, which is unusual in hotels nowadays. We liked that you could collect extra teabags, milk, etc from reception. Staff are friendly and helpful even when under pressure. The hotel was very busy. The only let down was being handed two really dirty glasses - do just check what you're given.

Fantastic location walking distance to the shops , bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and had a good night sleep,very quiet hotel .we ate in robinson restaurant, great staff at the restaurant, we had a warm welcome. bus ride front george best airport

We went as a family and had booked cots several months in advance and followed up a number of weeks after the initial booking to ensure all was in order. When we arrived at the hotel they had only found out about the cots a short whilte beforehand and none were available. Thankfully it got sorted but it was only after we chased at 10.30pm when the kids should already have been sleeping. Overall the staff are nice but they could do with a lot more training and the hotel bar/restaurant could do with a good clean or a refurb. Every table was shaking and space was at a premium. Considering what they charged for a couple of nights, I would expect better. This was our second time staying at the hotel and it was not as good as it had been last time around and was much more expensive. The lifts in the morning were impossible to get and often filled with staff and their trollies.

The room is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, featuring independent heating for personalized comfort. The bathroom is spotless and highly functional, with a powerful shower that enhances the experience. A standout feature is the HDMI input by the TV, allowing you to connect your laptop, iPad, or other devices to enjoy your own content on the big screen. The staff are exceptional—friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. Special mention to the night porters, Jamie and Stephen, who were amazing and went out of their way to look after me. Their care and attentiveness made my stay even better!
