Lovely family holiday with the family! I had an amazing time when I came here in September 2023. The food was great and we were upgraded to the pool rooms as my mother had stayed at the hotel before. Special thanks to Mehmet Bulut the barman who was very accommodating and always provided service with a smile. The only thing I would say is I think the additional restaurants should be included as other hotels I’ve stayed in within Turkey you did not have to pay extra for. When I have stayed in Lara beach before there were more activities around the pool during the day, where as this was a more quiet a**osphere. There was also issues with the door key, which resulted in having to go back to reception near enough every day for new keys. Turns out there was an issue with our door!

This was our inaugural golf getaway, and the entire package was phenomenal. The golf course provided a memorable playing experience. When we weren't on the course, Kristina and Hassan from the entertainment team ensured our days were filled with fun and excitement. The staff truly enhanced our holiday experience.

Dreadful experience. The hotel is like a concrete jungle - have to walk miles to get anywhere over concrete bridges. No outside eating area for breakfast or dinner (apart from the ones you have to pay for, and reading the reviews I'm glad we didn't bother). Rooms were big but VERY dark. View from room was of far reaching concrete with sea somewhere in the far distance. Furniture in the bar was plastic and in my opinion tacky (some would call it modern art, maybe?) The dining room was dark and all enclosed on the 4th floor, much more like a canteen. We were told off for playing cards in the bar and told to go to some dingy games room. I could go on.... When i spoke to 'customer relations' (Manager) i was told that these were all hotel policies and nothing they could/would do. Appalling. I only felt it right to give them a chance to reply but nothing come of that. We will never be going back there again!!!

Great room was given an upgrade when we arrived. The staff were great. Loved the jetty bar . The restaurant was great. The cleaning ladies were also fabulous. The young lad from Indonesia was the man who cleaned the lift . He was very helpful and polite . The waiter at pool bar called Isa was super efficient. The golf was great played Faldo and Montgomery. There were 23 adults with us .

Clean and very comfortable stay . Amazing food . Overall a really lovely hotel ! This is our first visit to Belek and would definitely return. Just couldn’t fault the place ! All staff so helpful and hard working , especially our waiter Isa !!!

We have enjoyed a fabulous golf holiday at this hotel. The service, cleanliness and food were fabulous. The staff were so helpful and take pride in looking after you. The golf courses are fabulous and everything was taken care of. Food was amazing, hot, fresh and huge variety, all presented with great pride. The grounds are amazing, spotlessly clean and well cared for. First class from start to finish.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant. The location particularly for golfers is excellent. The hotel is extremely comfortable, clean and the food and service are consistently good . This is my fourth trip with a group of friends and I will definitely continue to come back .i would like to thank Ramazan and Fa**a who like nearly all the staff provided such attentive service when we ate in the Italian restaurant Thanks to the management and staff at the Cornelia diamond

First time golfing in Turkey having golfed previously in Europe, Morocco and Tenerife. We were a party of 2 senior couples and we were not disappointed with the overall experience. Yes, the golf was challenging but the courses were in lovely condition and the staff everywhere was so polite and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the All Inclusive experience was great - getting drinks and snacks included after our games was super. The hotel was splendid, comfortable, clean: staff attentive and friendly: food excellent. Would I recommend it - YES.

We had a great time as a group of 8 playing golf. Cigdem was particularly amazing and made incredible cocktails! The buffet was good quality, especially at breakfast. Service very quick and everyone had a good time. Thank you for having us! Cheers
