Voyage Belek Golf & Spa Hotel

Another amazing visit to the Voyage, also visited in October and November(golf trip) Excellent service, entertainment, food and drink. The staff are so friendly, always willing to talk to you and spend time with you. and it was great to see them all again. Great night at the Asian restaurant, amazing food and great service, as always. Adult pool restaurant at lunch time serves great food, Yusuf provides great service, as he and Memhet do in the adult restaurant for breakfast. Hussain provided amazing drinks and service at the adult pool, was great to see him back at the adult pool area, will need to visit him in the family bar in our next visit as his cocktails are amazing. The assistants are so helpful, Mehmet and Ferdi who are always checking that everything is okay. Enjoyed the winter concept and seeing the bands play in the Bloom Bar. Carnival and The Note were excellent. The Voyage is still one of the best hotels in Belek and well worth a visit - best patisserie ever. Photos include Oct and Jan Can’t wait for next trip….. Great night at the Mexican, Hidir providing amazing service and also our visit to the Asian restaurant was fantastic. The 24 hour restaurant is a fantastic place to eat, Denis is an amazing captain. Adult pool restaurant at lunch time serves great food, Yusuf provides great service. The assistants are so helpful, Mehmet and Ozen and also Ferdi who was always checking that everything is okay. We have had a week of golf staying at the Voyage Belek Golf and asap. The hotel is lovely but we are very disappointed that we have been unable to arrange a late room checkout despite arriving and leaving late evening even though the hotel is clearly not busy.

After a difficult year we were looking forward to revisiting the wonderful Voyage where we could slip easily into relaxation mode, regretfully not. The following is a quick overview, there was more. This has been a difficult review to write not only because of reliving the stress, but also because this has been a wonderful hotel for us with some fantastic memories and it is such a shame that it has been reduced to this level. Unfortunately our last visit was in 2018 and since then much has changed. It is very much a QR code, high tech place which meant that no one bothers to tell you on arrival how things now work, except we are told to join the WattsApp group. We had a few minor irritations, a moving toilet seat that was repaired, there was no hotel manual in the room and a Samsung remote in the room with no television. However the room has a television screen built into the 8 foot high mirror, but you don’t get much of a picture as the mirror is black flecked. Some changes were surprising such as the décor of the adult restaurant. Design is a matter of individual taste, but the table and chairs have been replaced to match the family restaurant – easy clean works canteen standard and surrounded by bare tall glass walls that remind me of a new car salesroom. The chandeliers had been replaced with ***** lighting on the ceiling. Next on the negative list is that the adult buffet is closed lunch times. Halfway through our 12 nights we realised that there are possibly only a handful of waiting staff that understand English although more speak it and just don’t understand answers such as no, which means that we were served the wrong food in the 24 hour restaurant, incorrect drinks at most meals and often had plates and drinks taken away before we had finished. We did book the Japanese restaurant expecting to eat from the grill only to find that it was a fixed menu that was served without any comment or explanation. We left after one course of two dishes. Only in the 24 hour restaurant have we been asked about allergies and they didn’t understand our order so not sure if they would have understood any allergies. Other regular guests did not necessarily have the same problems, but I think that this is because they used the family buffet restaurant more and were happy to accept the standard on menu food without alteration. Thankfully there were a few longstanding employees that managed to provide the traditional 5 star service when they weren’t looking after the many families downstairs. Someone needs to realise that in a 5 star hotel the needs of adults and families are different, hence the growth in adult only hotels. Housekeeping is poor. Glasses used were removed and not replaced automatically, but just take from elsewhere. Maybe our complaints were the reason that we were subject to a housekeeping check one night. Everything was amazing, service, location and everything.in ala cartes mexican restyran was amazing,italian restaurant was my choice and it have really tasty food,pizza and salad,room was clean,i came with my sistet and we had pleasure time here,i wanna thanks dear sarvenaz to helped us,she was really sweat and warm

Second visit with friends to play golf, last here in 2018. Even better than our first trip. Exceptional service, lovely staff and plenty to do between the golf. A shout out to Sarvenaz who was amazing and made sure that we were looked after. She was a superstar :-)

Excellent hotel with friendly staff like Sarvenaz. Great location right on the beachfront with fabulous pools and plenty of entertainment during the day. Food options are varied and good quality. Right next door to amazing golf course @ Maxx Royal Montgomerie. Highly recommended for both family trips and time away with friends.

The boys and I had a golf trip in belek for a week and stayed at the voyage resort. The staff were fantastic. We have never been treated with such good service. Plenty of variety for dinners we tried just about every restaurant and didn't have a single bad meal. We each had an individual handler that would book us dinner reservations and daily activities. Mine was a lovely young lady, Sarvenaz, very social and fun, and if you come here I hope for you, you get her also.
