The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard.
Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

Ótimo hotel, com arquitetura fantástica, parque aquático excecional abrangendo todas idades, atividades desportivas por profissionais. Hora diária de pilares energizante com @Tatiana e @Goller a mágica dos ovos matinais! Kids club bem organizado, seguro e com divertidas atividades. Faltou atividade, nomeadamente sala jogos ( pc, PlayStation etc) para adolescentes início da noite, variedade de pão e divulgação de eventos no hotel ( p. E faltamos ao picnic semanal pq só soubemos da existência ao passear no final almoço). De resto ótima experiência com energia recuperada para o inverno em Portugal!

Aile olarak misafiriniz olduğumuz otelinizi çok beğendik personel güleryüzlü hizmet kalitesi yüksek konsept güzel servis personeli çok kaliteli özellikle restoranda ahmet gevye isimli personeliniz çok disiplinli ve çok profesyonel kendisine özellikle teşekkür ediyorum çok ilgi alakalı.

Fabulous yoga and Pilates instruction with olga as part of the incredible selection of activities in the resort - fabulously a*!! The hotel is vast with great food and service fabulously located and great with kids of all ages - will be back!

Absolutely awesome service and customer care. Specially for my request, hotel bought specific sports channel subscription so I could watch football match. Animation team is so nice and friendly that we could not wait to meet them next day (special thanks to Oksana, our daughter misses you already). Waiters service is world class too. The only thing, which I believe would make this place better is to turn on AC in the rooms (expected to be availible from May) as it was very warm April. So far, the best hotel I have been to.

I cannot fault this hotel. We had the best week! They’ve thought of every little detail and nothing is too much trouble. One of our children had to attend the medical centre during our holiday (due to an allergy) and by the end of the day there was a “get well soon” card through our door. Such attentive service. The entertainment team were fantastic, particularly Willy and Mario who became extra members of our family on an evening, enjoying a game of Uno! It he food was fresh and there was so much choice, some days I wish I had been hungrier because there was too much I wanted to try! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a completely relaxing, fun family holiday. You will make the best memories at Xanadu.

A great family holiday! Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (5318) close to the “quiet” pool. Well cleaned by a lovely lady daily, mini bar restocked daily, plenty room, comfy beds and a balcony to sit out on with small drying rack for hanging wet clothes 👍 main restaurant upped the game massively as Eid al Fitr happened, with plenty choice and a very well stocked kids dining section. Attentive, friendly waiting staff and we ate/drank well for 2 weeks. Fancyland staff (kids club) very good with our 2, especially Suzu, who is lovely and calm, did a lot of crafting, climbing, and kept them busy! Mini disco every night around 8 to tire them out ;) Kids slides are in Fancyland (so, not by the main pools) so you have to physically go into kids club to access these… I can see why some people wouldn’t like this inconvenience, however for us this wasn’t an issue and we enjoyed a change of scenery for a while whilst the kids threw themselves down the slides. Plenty staff around, resort is clean and well tended, we have stayed in Bodrum Xanadu as well (and enjoyed) but Belek Xanadu is better suited for families. On the outskirts of Belek, €12 for a taxi into town if needed. A good mix of nationalities at the hotel (not full of brits!), we had a great time, very much enjoyed it would def go back!
