Hotéis perto de Changping Town/Shisanling Resort, Pequim

This is the first time I come to ChangPing, I could not decide where to stay until I found UrCove hotel on line, where I found the room rate acceptable. After I checked in the hotel, the friendly staff, Ms Annie & Ms Worthy , Eleven, Reece make me feel very homely, and the room is well maintained, I am no regret for my choice, I give 10/10, Keep it Up, TQ UrCove.

O hotel é lindo, grande e luxuoso. O quarto era bom, mas as camas são pequenas. Parece estranho que um hotel como este tenha camas de casal. Idealmente, as camas do hotel devem ser King. A área da piscina era adorável, mas o fato de os hóspedes do hotel terem que pagar pelo acesso às fontes termais não é bom. Deve ser incluído em todas as reservas de quartos. Nosso principal ponto negativo sobre este hotel foi o serviço. Foi chocante. Ao pedir uma bebida e uma refeição na área do bar/lounge, demoramos mais de uma hora para conseguir tudo o que pedimos e vários pedidos estavam incorretos. Ninguém que trabalhava lá parecia saber o que estava fazendo. Outra preocupação que notamos foi que quando ligamos para a recepção do nosso quarto, não havia ninguém na recepção que falasse inglês. Fizemos uma reserva para 4 pessoas, mas o quarto só estava configurado para duas, então quando pedimos mais toalhas, travesseiros e garrafas de água. Eles foram entregues em nosso quarto, mas simplesmente jogados em uma pilha perto da porta. Isso não parecia certo e não era o que esperávamos de um hotel deste calibre.

離泰康燕園非常近，走路距離，因為家人在這裏住院避免來回跑太累我選擇住了一晚。是全季裏面水準較高的了，新，房間大小也比市裡的大一些，停車場雖然需要提前打電話抬桿進地庫，但是空曠的可以橫着停。機器人送餐也很適合尷尬星人。是離泰康燕園康復醫院走路可達的距離，開車的話也不用費勁掉頭，可以走另一個方向轉一個block去醫院。很滿意，在家人住院的焦灼中睡了很好的八個小時。

I don’t even know where to start? To find such an incredible hotel so far from the city is like finding an oasis in a desert. Hampton by Hilton’s Changping branch is so many things but it would be none of them if not for the absolutely unforgettable staff. Most notable of all was Colin, one of the first faces you will meet when checking-in. He was the one who welcomed us last year and one of the reasons why we returned this year. We were quite lost last year and could not even hail a cab correctly and this young gentleman was there to help, multiple times. He will always think of ways to go the extra mile and so too will so many of his colleagues. There is not one frown to be found on everyone’s faces; the team are cheerful, energetic, friendly, very well put-together and truly make you feel welcomed and appreciated. This is beyond professional, this level of hospitality and customer service is something we never expected but is one of the reasons why we will return to Hampton by Hilton year after after. (P.S. they sell really cute Hampton by Hilton mascot gifts so check that out too!!)

The room is the same as the online picture display, the decoration style is also very like, and the facilities are complete. The sanitation is very clean, the front desk service is very warm and welcoming, the service staff are more friendly, any questions will be answered in time, the service is more thoughtful, the whole stay process is very pleasant, the price is favorable, the price is high, the lighting is good, very quiet, The bathroom towels and bath towels are individually packaged, clean and hygienic, and the surrounding traffic is extremely convenient. Next time you come on a business trip, you will definitely choose this hotel.

大年初一到鳳山泡温泉。一路暢通，難得的不堵車。訂了一間温泉家庭房，3人，1500多一晚，含3人早餐。室內有個小温泉池。一樓就是公共浴池區，有餐廳，午餐晚餐自助98/人，家常菜，食材質量尚可，吃飽沒問題，口味馬馬虎虎。茶歇區免費開放，寬敞明亮，有六七種水果、8-10種麪包、餅乾，還有牛奶豆漿咖啡等飲品，質量還行。 温泉水質不錯，泡了半天，皮膚依然緊緻、爽滑。室內一層有各種噴淋，喜歡水按摩的感覺很舒服，地下一層有葯池，室外還有泡池。作為老牌温泉酒店，設施雖然有些老舊，但質量不錯，使用起來沒問題，服務和水質依然在線，晚上還給房間贈送了牛奶、零食，正好解乏。 泡過北京十多家温泉，這裏水質是最好的，水質乾淨，泡完皮膚爽滑，地方很大，上下兩層，品種很多。超讚！

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The bedding was comfortable and soft, making you feel relaxed the moment you walked in. The cleanliness was also impeccable, and the overall environment was quiet and cozy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break!

這次入住體驗十分滿意。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有奇怪的異味，床品舒適度很高，睡起來很放鬆。前台工作人員態度親切熱情，有問題都能及時迴應。地理位置優越，步行就能到地鐵站，出行便捷。樓下週邊餐館林立，吃飯選擇豐富，完全不用愁。性價比很不錯，下次再來還會選擇這裏。

O quarto estava limpo e tinha tudo o que precisava, mas o chuveiro estava com defeito; quase me queimei. Avisei que estava com pressa e precisava usá-lo, mas esperamos quase meia hora pelos consertos, o que atrasou o resto do meu roteiro. A recepção, no check-in, deixou os hóspedes que chegaram mais tarde entrarem primeiro 🤷🏻‍♀️ Talvez da próxima vez eu só coma alguma coisa. Além disso, não me deram o voucher para as águas termais do meu pacote. Eles até permitiram que as pessoas usassem seus celulares na área de nudismo das águas termais 👍🏻 Não pude aceitar isso e não voltei.

As meninas da recepção são incríveis, muito simpáticas e prestativas, me ajudam de todas as maneiras que podem, com linguagem limitada 🥰 O chá matinal de crisântemo no lobby é adorável, sinta-se muito bem-vindo O restaurante ao lado serve comida super deliciosa👍 Bravo meninas, até a próxima
