A very friendly and helpful owner, the apartment has everything fridge, tv, washing machine. The apartment is clean and easy to access to metro station. Owner even provided more toiletries upon asking and service is super.

This apartment is my kids' favourite as it is homely and there's space and bed for everyone. It has very effective heating system (we experienced unusually cold winter). The washing machine has no dryer, but we were given extra hangers when requested and plenty of places to dry the clothes.
Hosts were helpful and provided reasonable requests (even to the extend of buying additional cutlery). It is a relatively short (but unsheltered) walk to the metro station with many food options and necessities (supermarket) at the mall connected to the metro station.

Not satisfied with the cleanliness of the stay. There were some left over dumplings from previous stayer in the fridge when we checked in the first day. Used disposable slippers were found under sofa. Dust everywhere.
The location was great. Very near to metro station.

It was nice stay there. Nice place to get around, catch metro & go downtown. Even with taxi ride, it doesn’t cost much. The price of apartment is reliable too

Although the apartment was a bit small, it was clean and tidy. It was comfortable to stay at this place.
One suggestion: maybe provide a small step/wooden stool to climb the loft bedroom as it is too high.

Nobody know the exactly location, even we use maps still hard to get the place. You can imagine we dragged our heavy luggage everywhere from the MRT exit, somehow the MRT have exit A TO I.
The mattress is uncomfortable because you can feel the springs while sleeping.
Facilities poor:The water heater can only provide hot water for two people to shower. The third person will get cold water during halfway. It's freezing cold, and there was no prior notice. No filtered water to drink, no pots or tableware provided and the microwave is greasy inside.
