The rooms were stinking. The bathroom had hair looms there. And it was very unpleasant to enter.

Fab modern hotel in easy reach of Beijing Fengtai train station. Very spacious, modern, high spec rooms. Helpful staff, nice hotel lobby bar with excellent coffee. We ate at one of the restaurants ‘Yuze’ which was very good. Would highly recommend if using Beijing Fengtai station!

今天來到豐台區的喜來登酒店，酒店環境寬敞明亮，房間乾淨整潔，前台jack熱情接待，知道我是會員，還安排會員禮遇，細心周到。酒店十九層的泳池寬敞明亮還有一個小熱水池很適合孩子遊玩。健身房器械齊全，瑜伽室還有兩個健身鏡，第一次看到酒店的瑜伽室配套有健身鏡的，還挺特別的。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，各種設施維護很好，環境佈置經典雅緻，床品非常舒適。游泳池和健身房開放時間都很長。服務體貼到位，尤其是郭夢傑 Julien Vanessa ，服務非常貼心！
行政酒廊人不多，很安靜舒適，服務也很好。房間延遲退房，也沒有催促，給人感覺很舒適。以後來麗澤住，會繼續選擇新青海喜來登。

出差定了這家酒店，體驗超棒，地理位置很方便，交通便利，地鐵五分鐘，周邊吃飯、辦事都近。前台服務熱情，辦理入住很快。前廳經理LeBron幫忙升級了房間，感覺還是很在乎客户感受的，這點不得不説必須點贊.大堂進來很舒服，瞭解了一下裝飾都是有青海特色，每個區域都有鮮花點綴，還有淡淡的香香的香薰味道，比較有品質；房間乾淨整潔，床睡着舒服，客房主管Sabrina 幫忙提前補了加濕器，這點很貼心，用的洗漱用品很好，吹風機用的是戴森的新款，配備電動馬桶，這些配套很到位，感覺比以往入住的五星級酒店管理都好客户真正需要的都有被關注着.酒店還有健身房，泳池，能在忙碌工作後放松，這次時間比較緊，沒來得及體驗，衹參觀了一圈，下次一定來好好體驗一下；早餐很豐盛，滿足各種口味。下次無論出差還是帶家人出遊，都還選這兒，感覺物超所值！
