酒店離景區入口非常近，距離司馬台長城擺渡車換成點也很近，進入小區後管家非常貼心，主動聯繫協助引導。客房內部設施佈局都很齊全，環境很不錯，性價比也很高

被子上一大片黃是不把住客當外人的意思
打電話説幫忙2:30退房 也答應了 結果2:21帶着收拾屋子的來敲門
以上顯示出粗曠的待客方式
雙人床一邊兩條被子 一邊一條被子（黃的那條）要求幫忙送 第三方人員很快送來了
沒有車接車送無所謂 小區到停車場不遠
小院子還是很好的 把角 安靜 有小童鞦韆

房間不錯 很温馨 還有微波爐可以熱食物 房間裝飾的也不錯 入住時提前給我打開了空調 很貼心 就在古鎮旁邊 很方便 水是直飲水

古北水鎮的秋天還是很美的，適合自駕，一路景色很美，酒店在景區外邊的小區裏，距離景區大門需要10分鐘左右步行時間，秋天去的，小區環境不錯，房間衞生還算可以吧，高低床質量不行，一翻身就吱吱響。

衞生也就及格吧不能細想，跟星級酒店或者高級民宿還是有差距，隔音蠻差的，基本上隔壁説話聲能聽的很清楚，神經衰弱或喜靜的人就不建議居住了，以及節假日的狂飆價格是絕對不值的

訂過幾次她家的房，這是第一次冬天入住，怕冷，提前做了溝通，很貼心的幫我們調換為親子房，特別暖和，衞生和配套都很滿意，疫情期間除了水鎮內的餐飲，外面時都可以在房內自己做飯，很安心。相比水鎮內的客棧酒店，性價比高出不少。
