very comfortable room, two rooms! Mini bar included in the price! coupons for the swimming pool were issued immediately: swimming pool is in a neighboring building, breakfast too: delicious food and very friendly staff! Thank you! We will always be happy to come to you again!

I stayed two nights there but I checked out at the second evening. Reason: The air-conditioning was not working and I had permanently about 30 degrees in the room. I even opened the windows but never below 27 degrees. I told them two times I cannot sleep under such hot conditions but they failed to repair it - this was so annoying, so I checked out earlier. Second issue: The gym is in the other building and you need to go outside though a small coffee shop to access the elevator - without the staff you cannot find it (no description)! If you sweat and you need to walk back to the hotel you could get a cold - just annoying… the gym is not easy to find - even if you are in the correct building - it is very messy there. After the first night they made my room - but they just took the old sheets =＞ please check the attached picture - I never had this experience... The other pictures were made on the way to the gym… I will never consider to come back - too many bad memories and the location is very bad too…

I’ma frequent traveler and this is definitely my worst hotel experience so far in my recent years. Please expect it’s maximum 3 stars Hotel standard experience in terms of hotel services and the room conditions. Please do not expect what you seen from the official marketing photos, as the hotel building is only a small building in the middle of the apartment complex, and the common facilities such as gym or swimming pool are sharing with the public people who stay in such a large residential complex. It’s also the worst breakfast selection I ever had, so I decided to cancelled the rest of my whole week booking after 2 night stays here.

這些年來北京一直衹住蔓蘭，環境好，裝修氛圍感強，酒店的S0餐廳的菜品也很合口味。酒店樓下還有挺棒的庫布裏克書店和電影院。 這次衹住一晚，前台的小姑娘很貼心地給從預訂的房型升級成了帶客廳的豪華房，超多的空間對行李多的我也是非常友好了！ 唯一的可以改進的地方就是卧室的空調的聲音有點大，不過還好天不怎麼熱不需要開很久。

設施：齊全 吹風機小米的很好用 送外賣是超可愛的機器人叫啥慢慢？ 安全又智能 就是沒搞懂電視怎麼投屏 衞生：打掃衞生的阿姨非常熱情，給阿姨留言都能看到，很貼心， 環境：酒店離地鐵站很近 交通很方便 服務：服務真的很棒！剛開始房間有異味，反應之後前台立馬換了一個。提出的訴求前台也都會安排，退房之後，前台小哥還幫我們拿行李放車上。 下次去北京還會選蔓蘭

非常棒，房間衞生非常乾淨整潔，還有可愛的智能機器人送外賣。 工作人員也都服務熱情周到，很用心。 早餐也很好吃✌️酒店在小區裏，小區竟然有電影院你敢想？！出酒店走兩步路就到電影院，完美。下次還來這裏住。
