Peking Station Hostel

I love the place! The lady (the one who a bit older than other staff i’m not sure she works here or she’s the owner) is very kind!!! Really grateful for what she had helped me. She allowed me to check in and rest at the very early, she helped me holding my bags to the metro station bcoz i was about to miss the last train. The place is very clean, and location is great!!!!

My time at the hostel was fine! The room is very dark if you sleep at the back and there are no curtains in front of your bed. Fortunately it wasn’t too busy while I was there. There’s only one shower for women and one for men. One night I had to wait for almost an hour because someone occupied the shower for that long. But that’s probably not going to happen often. The people at reception don’t know any English, but that’s common in China. The subway is close. Overall, good experience.

We booked the private room and it was good though. We're impressed because even though this is a hostel, they would change the towels, empty the trash and top up 2 bottled water everyday. Location is great as it is nearest to exit G or D(slightly further) of Dongdan train station. However, the exits nearer to the hostel had no lift, elevators or esclators so it is not elderly friendly or good if u have big luggages. The accessible exits are A & F but they are across the road and you need to climb the overhead bridge, no lifts as well. If u are travelling for the first time, it will be difficult to find, but look for this tall warm lighted building (at night) with this yellow icon and walk towards it. U will need to walk towards a car barrier and then make a left turn and walk straight through the alley to locate the hostel. Once u get it, it is easily accessible. If u're taking a taxi / Didi via alipay app, u can either drop pinn or type in: 北京北平青年旅社（八宝楼胡同店). Take note that the car is unable to drive in all the way due to the security barrier. So u need to drop outside of the barrier and walk abt 40m in. I stayed here before 6 yrs ago, this time the staff isnt as friendly. It is within expectation, but she didnt help to give any recommendations / suggestions on where to get some dinner when we arrived at about 8pm. But its ok. The cleaner is very friendly. And the air-conditioner works as a warmer in winter. The default warmer only works in the morng/afternoon but the room is still warm enough during winter. Plenty of hot water too. Would recommend this place if u are on a budget but want abit of comfort too.

店裡麪衞生非常的乾淨，裏面的環境也很好，前台小姐姐人也很好，店裡麪的設施也很不錯，離天安門很近，去哪裡都很方便。

有單間、大床房、床位房、 住的床位房，衹有下鋪住人，有上鋪的位置，但是不安排住上鋪，床墊也超級舒服，不用自己鋪床單被罩，阿姨都會提前鋪好，前台小姐姐也會告訴你那裡的東西好吃，超級愉快的入住，晚上大廳會有大爺值班，不用擔心嗷，晚上走在走廊可以抬頭可以看見月亮、星星，下次還會來

В отеле душ с плесенью, желтыми подтеками, лейка с накипью плохо работала, в номере было холодно, простыли, окна номеров выходят в общий коридор, можно закрыть шторами, звукоизоляции никакой, как будто стен нет, вайфай почти не работал, свет очень тусклый. Непонятно от чего такая высокая оценка, может за расположение в центре. За воду спасибо.

Location are near to most attractions (Palace; National Museum, TianAnMen) by MRT few stations; walking distance to WangFuJing (shopping area). Room are spacious and clean, quite environment.

it’s located near the subway and even though i checked in late at night, i didn’t encounter any problem at all. they room was clean and they also had free water in the lobby
