A big thank you to hote thel front staff, 宣宣 for trying to assist us to purchase train tickets in the early hours of the morning & even offered to use her payment app to pay first & transfer the fund to her later after payment was successful.
A big bonus was the air purifier provided.

We stayed 7 nights at Sunworld Hotel. Room is big and clean. No foul smell.
Hotel's location is excellent, walking distance to 2 subway stations. There are many restaurants & food courts nearby. There 8s a supermarket opposite the hotel.
Hotel staff was warm and welcoming. In particularly, we would like to thank the friendly staff, Mr Allen Wang Hui (王辉) for his assistance. His efficiency and professionalism is highly commendable.

Stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and no change as we are well received by hotel on the day of arrival. Their supervisor 朱成杰 was very helpful, when I encountered difficulties in booking one of the place of interest, he helped me to book and when having trouble entering the place, he also helped. Upon check out he again helped to book a cab when my didi app was not working. There are also 2 other staff 董宣宣 & 王美玲, who helped to book place of interest on other nights and our check out. This made my check out smooth & easy. Will be back if I travel to Beijing again.

The lacation is so good near two subway stations. The room was clean and no cigarette smell. The front office staff were helpful and good service.

Location wise the hotel is ok. Close to metro (one coming directly from the airport line 5) and line 8. Really next to Wangfujing street and walking distance to Tian’anmen Square.
The room we stayed in 536 was very bad.
Smelly, dirty carpet, old furniture, dust, filthy curtains and not the cleanest most probably from being so old it cannot be cleaned.
If they give you this room ask immediately to change it-I didn’t do this unfortunately since we had a difficult program and didn’t want to go into all the trouble especially since English is not easy for them and we wouldn’t be able to communicate.
Breakfast is basic, the restaurant seems dirty as well, they have a thing with cleaning I guess, the floor sticks and if you arrive late food is not there, there are many things emptied.
I cannot say that 2 people from the staff were not nice, they helped us with booking entry to Tiananmen since pre booking was required. And I think them for this.
It’s a pity with a nice location they sell rooms such as the one we stayed in. I would be ashamed to offer this to a visitor.

Wonderful stay, clean room that was very well cared for by Zhang Cai Lin, the room cleaner who was very friendly and helpful. Solid gym to use to, and great location with lots of good food around. Thank you so much!

Location is prime, waking distance to most major attractions and shopping street, subway as well. From desk staff Liddy and Wendy was very helpful during my check-in, thanks for clubbing my 2 bookings into one.
Small nitpick, Breakfast is good but limited, eating same menu for six days straight is kinda monotonous. Room service restaurant closes too early but lots of restaurants nearby compensates.
So far stay was good…
