Great hotel at a great location! We walked around the hotel by the river and there were much to see and a lot of nice restaurants and even a mall!

Good overall experience. - Check-in/out was quick and efficient, - Room and hotel facilities are clean and maintained, - Staff are polite, - Hotel is situated centrally in Beijing which is convenient for both business activities and travel. Reason for 3/5 service rating - Breakfast is excessively expensive at 42 USD/person. I'd rather recommend visiting nearby restaurant rather.

Friendly FO staff but too bad being in an elite area, there are no fast foods or convenient stores around to rock. Once in a while staying here is nice but not really for the useless deposit

Hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Byron Wang and Sunny Zhao at reception were extremely professional and went the extra distance to ensure my comfort while staying here. Highly recommend.

Everything was good and up to expectations except there was a construction at the lake in the winter and the lake was drained and all muddy. And the hotel said they upgraded me for a lake view. I would thot they should be more aware of what was going on…..

My husband and I stayed here with our baby while in town for apply for our baby’s passport. We loved our stay at the Kempinski. Very comfortable and amazing service while being conveniently located to the embassy and great restaurants.

the hotel is since years our meeting point for business in Beijing / the service is excellent even some of the staff should remember that they working for an international hotel / speaking English at a basic level should be a normal standard / the reception is always very helpful Regarding the taxi, the situation has some questions - no chance to get a taxi just now - need to book and have to wait Super professional service when picked up at the Daxing Airport Food at breakfast on the 1st floor and snack on the 15th floor is perfect - some even very delicious.
