We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and all 8 nights were absolutely amazing! The thing we’d like to praise the most is the excellent service from the staff. They were attentive and always willing to help. Even though some staff members might not be fluent in English, they made every effort to communicate effectively using Google Translate. This level of service is truly exceptional, and we sincerely commend them for it. Highlights that impressed us: 1. Convenient location: The hotel is just 500 meters from metro lines 7 and 14, making it very easy to travel around. 2. Delicious nearby dining options: There’s a fantastic shabu-shabu restaurant near the hotel that we highly recommend. Don’t miss it! 3. Complete facilities: There’s a supermarket on the ground floor, and laundry and drying services are available. It’s very convenient, and sometimes the staff even help move your clothes for you. 4. Robot food delivery: If you use Chinese apps, robots can deliver food directly to your room throughout the day. It’s such an impressive feature! 5. Immaculate cleanliness: The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job in keeping the rooms spotless. Minor note: Occasionally, there might be a slight smell of cigarettes, but it can be easily resolved by turning on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very kind staff, we had an issue with the shower and the were promptly to change our room. Location is very convenient, close to the metro station and easy to get to some tourist places.
