There were two things I really liked about this hotel. First, the excellent service provided by the receptionists. A very friendly term who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. One of the receptionists even speaks passable English. Unusual for a hotel in this price range in China. Second, the hotel's location. It is a relatively short distance from Silver Beach, the ferry to Weizhou Island, the night market and the railway station. Also, a ten to 15 minute drive from the historic center of Beihai. Otherwise the hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is provided in a restaurant a short distance from the hotel. It's a set meal and options are limited.

The staff speaks English, very helpful and friendly. The room is a bit small, but clean. I think some of my neighbors were smoking, I could feel the smell in the room. Also, there was a noise during the night, like a construction area somewhere near there. But overall I think the place is kind of suitable to stay for a night. Close to the railway station and 7 min away from the port by taxi, has good big Chinese restaurant in 200 m and supermarket.

首先肯定前台兩位美女服務態度很好，很盡責的。房間初五初六初七住了三天，前兩天一天是500多，房間很小，裝修一般，感覺好像不是連鎖店維也納，跟維也納國際房間比差多了，維也納國際價格不貴房間隔音好，房間也大。

設施：非常不錯，除了常規的設施一應俱全外，還提供洗衣服和烘烤衣服的設施，在北海濕度比較大的地方來説，這個絕對很有用處！
衞生：很好，乾淨！
環境：出行和購物都很方便。出酒店就是公交車站，5路到僑港海灘；21路23路25路等到銀灘，也可以到北海國際客運港。輕裝出行還可以掃碼小電驢。周圍吃東西也很方便，味道價錢也不錯！
服務：不用説，蠻好。前台小姐姐有問必答，甚至會提醒你避坑。
