But the service is too bad, not an attitude problem, but a lack of service awareness. 我想帶孩子體驗一下山頂帳篷居住的感覺，又怕提着大的行李箱從九皇山腳下到後山山頂太累，猶豫很久才定下這個酒店。結果酒店細緻周到的服務讓我的顧慮完全是多餘。酒店派出專車專人在第一段和第二段索道結束的地方接送我們和行李，我們一點沒受累，輕輕鬆鬆就到了後山山頂那個風景優美的地方。酒店還有專人幫忙把行李提到入住的帳篷內。酒店設施設計、維護得不錯，設計、體驗獨特，晚上睡覺環境幽靜，是我一週假期裏睡眠最好的一晚。帳篷觀景平台風景極佳，孩子説終生難忘。酒店餐飲服務不錯，工作人員態度和藹親切，熱情相助，有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店周圍各種娛樂項目，有捉野豬野兔野雞，撿野雞蛋，各種滑道和風景絕美打卡地點，還有羌族婚禮表演等，大人孩子都很喜歡。需要指出的是，第一，景色如何要看運氣，天氣好才行，天氣不好就衹見雲霧環繞。第二，酒店周圍一些地方環境歸九皇山景區管，不歸酒店管，但因為夏天吹風下雨後這種野外環境很難保持非常整潔，導致酒店周圍部分環境不是特別整潔（比如水池上有樹葉漂浮，景觀水池裡的水不是特別清澈），雖然這屬於吹毛求疵，但當我反映給酒店後，他們非常積極的籌劃要把歸景區管的那些地方由他們自己去全部整理一下，給客人以一個更好的體驗，我自己估計了一下，這工作量不算小，這種服務精神值得表演，下次來還住這家。
