Quality Inn & Suites Bedford West

We scheduled this trip at the last minute, and the staff and hotel were great! Nice big room, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

This hotel is a serious joke, after battling this winter storm I wanted to stay the night and finish my drive in the morning. I got in jacuzzi tub and mold came out into the water, decided to go take a shower where there was no curtain but plenty of mold. Went to climb in bed and sheets were stained. Won’t blame the heater not being warm enough because it was that cold. Decided to check out and drive straight through.

Room was not clean. Bathtub was not clean! There was a burned out candle left on the tub. Also there was some kind of squashed snail or leach on the floor by the chair. Mold on bed skirt. Very dirty room!

Our black out curtains were blinds. There was mold growing up the wall between the shower and sink. There was mold in the shower. The ceiling tiles were so warped they were coming out of their brackets. The towels and sheets were dingy and had black stains on them. There were burns in our sheets. The pictures I took do not show the horrible condition of our bedding or towels. I know this one is petty, but the envelope that held our key car has been used multiple times. This site will not let me add photos. On a positive, the courtyard was cute and there were no bugs.

Receptionists were very nice. The breakfast was acceptable. There are no workers! I thought our beds had been slept in when we arrived, but they seem to be clean. Sheets were just laid on bed …. Bottom sheets not tucked anywhere. Mattress slept well but no desirable pillows with three on each bed. All fat pillows, no choice. My husband brought his….. I just tossed two nights with the fat babies! Never SAW a maid in the two nights we stayed. We asked at reception for another SLIVER of soap. We had one sliver for two people for two showers each and hand soap for the stay! Our room was very sp**** with accommodations . One chair for one person to sit and it was hard as nails. Surely not for relaxing or watching TV! There was a desk chair at the little table. I sit down on it and almost got a whip lash! My husband was able to tighten it on the bottom enough to be safe to sit on it…. We are 82 years old. There was a clock on the night stand…. Not plugged in and a battery dangling from the back… no cover. I plugged it in and set the time. It did operate. A clock was on the microwave, but not set. The lightening was terrible! Only small bulbs in everything. No way could you apply decent make up or style your hair. The room interior was old… paint peeling and calking falling out. Mirrors and glass dirty. Even the entrance door of the hotel was disgraceful! Don’t have a notion as to how long since it was cleaned! The TV was horrible! Either no service or pixels scrambled.

We had a wonderful stay. We went on a sub zero hiking/camping trip in Deem Forest. Lasted one of the two nights. Called Quality Inn to see if we could snag a room. The front desk was amazing and put us in a room right away. GREAT breakfast had French toast, sausage and egg. I have zero complaints and only praise.

Shannon at the front desk was amazing. She was attentive to my needs and always asked if I was okay. One morning I had an emergency conference call and my phone died. She allowed me the use of the phone to rescheduo=le my call to later that afternoon. Thank you Shannon for the many days you assisted my company travel.

I was very surprised there was no hand soap or bath soap. When I asked for soap I had handed four small bottles of shampoo!! REALLY??

Very dated and the outside as well as inside are not maintained properly. Poor lighting in all areas.
