Bedford Plaza Hotel - Boston

Old hotel that does not cost an arm and a leg. Has basic breakfast with yogurt, milk, some fruits, bread and waffles. The coffee was a little too watered down. The room is spacious and the bathroom very clean. The towels however require more bleaching as there are some brown spots (it could be clean but just old, however spotless white towels are essential or it gives the user the feeling of it being dirty). The sheets had some brown spots too. There was the smell of either mold or smoke in the room. It is recommended to remove the black carpet as it doesn’t add to the experience and no one knows how long is hasn’t been cleaned. A tiled floor will be sufficient.

So impressed with my experience at this hotel. Room is so clean, there’s a free parking garage, and it’s calm and quiet. Will definitely love to stay here again. Rooms are large and the bathroom is more than sufficient. Highly recommend it!

設施有些舊了，早餐過於簡單。 服務一般吧。

When I checked I noticed many peiple hanging out in welcome entrance & many peiple coming in & out. It was explained to me that 96 people were put there by the goverment. She assured me I would have a quiet room so that I could work. Grabbed my key headed to my room only to seekids of all ages hanging out in the lounge, running up & down halls, people leaving their room doors open to hang out. I figured it was only one night. This would not be a problem. I could just go into my room, lock my door but to my surprise, there was no lock, it was broken off the door. In addition to that, there was a bunch of electrical wires uprooted from the corner under the carpet. Head into the bathroom where I noticed. The blinds were cut with peak holes, so you could see outside. There was no way for me to shut the blinds so that I could be safe and take a shower. In addition, the hair dryer was broken and unsafe. There was Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The heater was broke in pieces and Mold all around the windows. I thought about it twice and did not think I would be safe there or comfortable for the night. I gave her my key and checked out. I have contacted orbits and not sure if I will receive a refund or not. I do have pictures documenting everything I have said.

No service at all,I spend 6 days there not a good experience no cleaning,when I ask for towels the front desk tell me you have to bring your own towels not a good place so much noise day and night nobody cares

Comfortable and easy. Only negative is house keepers slamming doors and wish breakfast had proteins like egg or sausage but however I will stay again.

This place stuck so bad in the room the bed itself felt dirty and smelt super bad. It was just gross and the people at the desk would say give them a second because they were on the phone with like a family member or something. The surrounding area of the hotel was super sketchy and seemed like I was going to get jumped or something. It didn’t seem safe.

It was a dump. We didn't even ask for a refund of our payment. We just left and went somewhere else.
