Very nice hotel very clean very comfortable beds and pillows very good breakfast great location only 12 minutes from major stores and restaurants very friendly staff

We stayed here for a quick overnight while on the road. For that purpose, it was fine. However, the floor in the room had clearly not been vacuumed and the Kleenex box had been tissues left in it.

Friendly staff, easy checkin, nice rooms, mildly dated overall facilities but the rooms themselves were updated and nicely finished. Breakfast was good too

Absolutely amazing people and staff,clean comfortable as I was away from home for 4 weeks it was like second home staff cant do enough for you ,will definitely use this as a go to when in Beckley ❤️

The room was nice, bathroom was old. The breakfast was not very good, very poor selection, esp for gluten free/dairy free patrons. Staff was friendly and professional.

As my family and I were traveling back to Pittsburgh from Orlando, having to rent a car and drive, after a cancelled flight- we encountered a terrible snow storm and as I searched a place to stay, I could not find anything open. I came across this place and it was available. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very hospitable. She provided us with all of our needs and the morning breakfast was great. We really appreciate this place and being available when we were desperate for a night sleep in a warm, clean environment.

The staff member at check in was very friendly. The hot breakfast was good only issue was that they did not refill the sausage even though there was still an hour plus left of breakfast. We were waiting but it was refilled. The bed was comfortable and we were close to the highway and dining

Bedding and bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows. Bathroom shower was old, rust showing, poor water pressure, safety handles coming off the wall. Just not a plus room. Property is fine. Breakfast area, service, staff all good. Bathroom terrible.
