Best staffs, clean room condition, good location. It is near from Beavercreek Centennial, you can take shuttle or 10 min walk. Even though we were late for the check-in(6pm), Kyle kindly waited for us even though it was past working hours. We couldn't find the parking lot because it was dark, but Kyle came to check if we were doing okay. Kyle checked the condition of the room to see if everything was okay. We came here not knowing much about the nearby ski resorts, but Kyle gave us various ski resort advice that I was able to use as a reference. These experiences are services and care that cannot be received at any other hotel. And I have stayed in many hotels as a international traveler throughout my life. Without affection for customers, these things are impossible and cannot be imitated. Being able to receive such warm hospitality on the first day I arrived in Colorado gave me a great impression about Colorado, and thanks to Kyle, this trip remains a good memory. I even got the impression that all Colorado people are friendly. The room condition was clean (the cleanest among hotels I've been to) and there wasn't a single speck of dust. Bathroom, Kitchen, utensils, cups and everything. Various kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee, etc. give the impression that they have carefully prepared the most necessary items from the customer's perspective. I prepared and ate all of the dinners, and there was nothing lacking in the preparation process. Literally, you just need to buy the ingredients. The fireplace was also great. I would like to recommend this accommodation to all my friends who are interested in skiing. We especially enjoyed this trip thanks to Kyle, so we wanted to thank him in person, but he wasn't there when we checked out. I want to express how grateful we are through this review.
