America's Best Inn and Suites Beaufort

This place is terrible!!! Very rundown, nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoked! No WiFi or breakfast and only one small vending machine with nothing to drink! I am disabled but there is no cart or anything to move my luggage to the room. That meant I had to drag my things down the walk way to get everything into my room!!! No help at all!! Even though I added an extra day I had to check out at 11am, no late checkout and then I was not allowed to check back in until 3pm!!! Thank goodness I booked with an outside agency and I was able to cancel the second night and was refunded. First night was $80 through the motel!!!! Second night would have been $63 through the online booking company!!! Also there was a large communication issue because the clerk doesn’t speak English!!!!! Beware of this terrible motel!!!

They were renovating the room next to me while I’m trying to sleep. Super loud buzz saw and constant noise all day long. Couldn’t believe at $100 per night this is how they treat their guests. Neighbors are rude

I wish I had seen the other reviews before I booked. Unfortunately, they have a no refund policy. On arrival I asked to see the room because the place looked so horrible. It was filthy, the furniture was torn and it smelled. There was a bullet hole in the window of a room nearby, all of which opened to the outside. I refused the room and the clerk refused to give me a refund. I am out $131.00 even though it was promoted as $86.00. The rest was "fees."
