Merhaba kolay gelsin ben daha öncede kalmıştım otelde fakat bu sefer kaldığımızda çok kötü yiyecekler içecekler berbattı ve biz 8 aileydik otelde çok çok kötüydü

It was a pleasure. Rooms and Service are okay. Kids Disco was nice, the Bar, the Beach, the restaurants are great and we had a wonderful time. At the end the Hotelservice was ambivalent so far. Some people where nicer than others and sometimes we get coffee and drinks at the table and next day we had to take drinks by ourselves. It was funny and strange at the same time. The view is great and the program for kids excellent. We loved how clean and huge the hotel complex was. It was a nice time, we would come again.

On the whole pretty good. Some room for improvement. Staff - couldn't do enough - very polite and friendly. Room - bathroom needs updating - take out the bath. Overall appearance is dark - dark furniture, dark walls, dark carpet - quite depressing and old fashioned. Bedding not premium but ok. However, always had hot water and rooms were kept clean. Food - a lot of choice - something for everyone. Lots of different places to sit, different places to eat. Sometimes food in main restaurant was tepid. Staff managed to keep the main restaurant clean, despite sticky fingers and children picking up food and then abandoning it. Drink - so much on offer and branded. Would have preferred to have at least one area where children were not allowed, personal choice, don't like to see children around alcohol and listening to adult conversations, also this is a destination for those undertaking surgery and I am sure they would like somewhere quiet out of view of prying eyes. Location - can't walk anywhere but bus very frequent and reliable and only cost 34p! 15 mins into Town. Outside - beautiful views, area always clean, even the beach was swept.

I went to pine bay with My mom and dad. The foods of this hotel is good. But the drinks of this hotel is not good...i ordered pinakola 3 Times... But the bartenders give me just Milk!!! And the aquapark was not good too. We choos this hotel for The u water Slide of aquapark... But it was off!!! (Because it was low Season time.) And about Animation team...... IT was trrible!!!! We didn't see they anytime (during The day)!?

This is second day that my family and I are in this hotel. Hotel is very big and beautiful. Every where is so clean and staff are very kind . Every day we eat delicious food with spectacular scenery in balcony of restaurant. What a pity that aqua park always has technical problem . I choose this hotel because of its big aqua park but whenever we went there they say that few of them doesn't work . Specially u slide that my son was excited to play with that. If management of hotel is reading this message please active u slide in aqua park . We stay in room 3127

Bayram döneminde 08.04-12.04 tarihleri arasında eşim ve çocuklarımla aile odasında konakladım.Daha önce de geldiğim ve beğendiğim bir oteldi.Ancak bu sefer biraz bozulmuş gördüm.Her yerde bir sıra var,inanılmaz kalabalık.Snackler de daha önce açık büfe şeklinde kendimiz alıyorduk ancak bu sefer garsonlara sipariş vererek söylüyorsunuz.Alacart tarzı yani.Ama bu otel buna uygun değil.Çünkü otel büyük ve misafir sayısı yüksek olan bir yer.Bu durumda çalışanlar siparişlere yetişemiyor.Sipariş vermek bir dert,siparişin gelmesi ayrı bir dert.Tamam çalışan arkadaşların hepsi elinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.Hepsi çok saygılı,ne istediysek yerine getirmeye çalıştılar.Personel konusunda hiç bir sıkıntı yok ama bu kadar kişiye yetmiyor.Eskisi gibi snackleri açık büfe olarak yapsalar hiç bir sorun kalmaz.Yemekler idare eder,kötü diyemem ama çokta iyi diyemem.Ama tatlılar felaket.İnanılmaz kötü.Ben bu kadar kötü tatlıyı bir arada görmedim.Daha önce geldiğimizde hiç böyle değildi.Alkol kullanmıyorum ama rakı da yeni rakı-Efe yaş üzüm olduğunu,birada da Efes olduğunu biliyorum.İçeceklerde klasik cola,fanta vs.bir sorun yok.Genel anlamda doğası,yeşilliği,büyüklüğü,personellerin saygısı,denizi,havuzları,mini klubü,temizlik vs.hepsi geçer not alır,ancak bu şekilde bir içecek için bile 10 dk.sıra beklenecekse tavsiye edemem.3 gün tatile geliyoruz onda da sgk sırası gibi sıra beklemekten yorulmayalım.Bazı şeyleri değiştirin derim.Yoksa Pine bay çok güzel bir tesis.Gene gelirim ama yazın bu yüksek fiyatları bu şekilde olursa asla vermem.

This is a massive hotel and "resort" is a nice name to describe the size of it. Loads of pools; 1 indoor, 1 heated near the hotel, 1 large non-heated away from the hotel, and 2 smaller kids pools. You also have the sea and a private beach. We stayed in one of the larger club rooms with our 2 kids. The rooms were really nice if a little dated. We had a nice small balcony with a lovely view. The views are the amazing around the hotel .. I could happily look at the sea view each day. The sunset bar is a great place for a drink and watch the sun set at night. There's loads to do as well; table tennis, tennis, football, basketball, crazy golf, swimming, gym. Also, I walked around the hotel complex on most mornings ... it's a workout by itself ... a few miles walk if you're walking around the whole complex. My only criticisms are that; - the rooms could do with a little bit of sprucing up - the restaurants need a bit more structure ... it took a while for the tables to have cutlery put back on them (and quite often we would just get our own on a cleared table) - sometimes there was no labels on the food ... so it was difficult to work out what it was ... and then next food option would have a label ... so no consistency - I prefer the system where you give your room number and then are shown to a table ... but this was a free for all and you were just left to find yourself a table .. .and we quite often struggled - Got to say though I loved the food at dinner and there were always plenty of choices. Breakfast though I struggled a bit more ... I enjoy my cereal - Weetabix, branflakes, rice crispies, special k etc etc .. .but I only found a special k like cereal on the 2nd day .. and then zilch the rest of the time ... so, I mostly had toast and fruit for breakfast Overall though a defo 4 out of 5 (and would give 4.5 if it was an option). I would defo return and we really enjoyed our holiday ... the defo highlight are the views .. wow! location, location, location!!
