Boa opção quando queremos fugir dos sabores americanos. Claro que os pratos estão longe do sabor que temos aqui na Riviera, mas não são ruins. Quanto ao Petit Café, apesar das receitas não serem absolutamente fiéis ao original, a patisserie tem qualidade, estava bem feita. O atendimento geral no hotel é bom, o ambiente é bem agradável. O hotel é bonito, boa piscina, areas sociais confortáveis e decoração de bom gosto, o xadrez gigante é ótimo, a limpeza estava exemplar.

We stayed he for 3 nights in a 1 bed room studio. The room was amazing, very large, beds were comfortable and bathroom is perfect. We liked everything about this hotel the pools and lounger are great and we could alway get seated. Onsite restaurants are very good and the bar is very nice at the top of the hotel. Sky-liner was excellent it made going to Epcot and Hollywood so easy. Having stayed at the Four season’s Orlando several times this is Pretty close to it, not as good but The Four seasons is not Disney and this in my opinion is better than The Grand Floridian. This will definitely be our first choice every time splitting it with wildness lodge for a few days to do magic kingdom. A fabulous stay all around, faultless.

2023年3月下旬に家族4人で宿泊しました。 新しくて綺麗で、とても素敵なホテルでした！ DVCメンバーのため、2ベットルームヴィラタイプのお部屋をセレクト。 ディズニーマイエクスペリエンスからチェックインできるし、アプリとマジックバンドがルームキーにもなるし、チェックアウトもできるから、とっても便利でした。 敷地内からスカイライナーもあり、パークへのアクセスもすごく良かったです。 プールも充実していたので、次回はゆっくりホテル滞在も楽しみたいです。

I meant to write this review a bit sooner, but the stay is still very fresh in my mind. I paid cash price for these rooms, so the cost was very high. While the room and resort grounds were beautiful, at that price, I don’t think I would stay here again and I will tell you why. This hotel was lacking basic amenities that literally every single hotel outside of Disney would offer at $800-900 a night. Some examples: daily housekeeping, room service, a spa, poolside service, and bars/ food that stayed open later, etc. Topolinos brunch was excellent, but the dinner left a bit more to be desired. It’s a good restaurant for the hotel, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to have dinner there. We had a great view of the Epcot fireworks from the room. I absolutely loved swimming in the pool overlooking the resort and ski liner. The pool was very quiet too, which I liked. No service poolside, which means you have to leave your stuff behind and take a considerable walk to the bar. Anyways, I enjoyed my stay, but do want to call out this hotel for lacking in some areas at that price point.

What can I say?! Absolutely stunning…. Everything from the moment you arrive at the hotel is immaculate, the details within the resort, the artwork, the smells, the general vibe! I couldn’t love this resort any more! It’s simply stunning, the rooms are large, well equipped and the sectioned off almost double bathroom is a wonderful design. The Murphy beds a fantastic edition to Disney resorts. It’s small in comparison to other Disney deluxe resorts with their giant lobbies but the boutique riviera feel is so accurate and make the resort even more beautiful. Disney deluxe… yes it sure is!

I believe the Riviera is one of the newer (if not newest) Disney resorts, and it was in good condition, nice and clean. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with another family. Layout was great - we each had our separate areas with a common kitchen / eating area / living room in the middle. Although in nice condition, I wasn't blown away or overly impressed with the room. It met our needs but there wasn't anything grand about it, so I don't feel it was really worth the high price tag. All of the cast members we encountered during our stay were fabulous, so thank you for the hospitality. Location was convenient to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot on the Skyliner. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom were serviced by bus.

First, let me say, the tower studio is very very small. I would say one person could have plenty of room - we are a couple and it was cramped. I would like to give it a better rating but there is really not much to recommend the room for. It was cramped. However, the hotel itself is fine. I don't think it is better than the Gran Destino, which is also a hotel 'tower' built on a moderate resort's grounds. I don't know why it gets all the love it does. It has one takeaway for breakfast and we didn't really like it - ordering the 'must have' meals. Topolino's on the top floor however, was the best breakfast ever. Our tower room did have a wonderful view of the fireworks at Epcot. That was great. But I would never stay in a tower room again.

Since this is a newer resort, the entire building and grounds were clean and modern. For a family vacation (2 adults, 2 teens) we had plenty of room in our preferred Deluxe room (sleeps 5). We loved how close we were to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs. The SkyLiner was better than we thought! Even on warm, muggy days the gondolas are breezy and cool. The Disney bus to Disney Springs is fast--which helps open more dining options. We ate at the quick-serve twice. Both times good food and great service. The only downside is how far the Riveria is to Magic Kingdom. But, that was a good tradeoff for the other parks. We would stay again.

Estoy hospedada con mi esposo, hijos y dos nietos, en una villa de 3 dormitorios, muy bonita y cómoda. pero el precio fue ridículamente caro, no nos importo pagarlo por tener un hotel 5 estrellas y con todas las facilidades de disney. Nos encontramos con que no hacen las camas, apenas cambian toallas y recogen platos sucios lo mínimo. todo lo dejan en desorden y dan la excusa del covid. cuando llame ha reclamar, poco les importo.... yo he estado en otros hoteles no tan caros como este y la limpieza y orden después del covid ha sido muy superior. Siento que he perdido mi dinero en venir a este hotel tan caro con tan mal servicio, hubiera dado igual llegar a un timesharing de orlando cualquiera....
