Segunda vez neste hotel depois de 04 anos. A primeira antes da pandemia, em 2019. Hotel caiu muito. Falta de funcionários, limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Café da manhã com pouca opção, ausência de mesas, cadeiras, talheres suficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes. Alguns dias até o café acabou e tivemos que esperar a reposição. Não recomendo mais. Pelo preço deve ter opções melhores em Miami.

Hotel muito bom porém taxa de resort e estacionamento muito caros.
Pode acrescentar mais 80 dólares por dia na diária.

Ótimo hotel pra dormir, quartos grandes, modernos. O café da manhã é simples e não tem estrutura pra atender os hóspedes. Faltam mesas !!!
A limpeza deixou a desejar, não se passava pano no chão.
O Hotel cobra taxa de resort de 39.00, porém oferece muito pouco. É um bom hotel mas não é um resort !

Dependencias do hotel sao lindas! Unico problema foi nao ter aonde estacionar o carro por falta de vagas! Nao nos avisaram sobre limitação de vagas para estacionamento e tivemos que parar o carro na rua causando um transtorno bem grande pois chegamos muito tarde no hotel, cansados e ainda tivemos que procurar vaga na rua p estacionar carro…

I was staying in Miami for surgery and they were very clean, the staff were nice and helpful and they even accommodated me with a wheelchair. 10/10 would visit here again.

Beautiful property. We’ve been coming to their collection of hotels for quite a few years now down here in the Surfside- Bay Harbor area. Hotel staff was extremely welcoming. I guess with many hotels, the cleanliness level can always use another step up….
Some of the patrons practiced some odd habits at this hotel. Most notably filling up all their personal water bottles at the public water urn. On our last nite we witnessed this practice with no regard to the sanitation of the water spout -putting the mouth of their bottle right over the spigot. And to think we were getting water out of this all weekend….ughhh

The hotel was amazing! We received an upgrade to a two bedroom suite with a terrific water view. And a welcome bottle of wine with an opener! Several good restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Small size hotel. Breakfast area had a few chairs and tables in lobby area. So seemed a bit tight in space.
Since it is winter time we were looking foward to a hot jacuzzi as advertised but were told when we arrived that it was in midst of waiting to be repaired and not working at the time.
Location was really convenient. Close to lots of restaurants.
