Los Corales Beach Village

Bom lugar a poucos metros da praia, a única coisa que não gostei é o Wi-Fi, funciona mal

It's an apartment, not a hotel, but is fine as long as you are aware. The only real problem is the ongoing construction of a 5-6 story building literally right next door, 25 feet from my balcony. Hammering, sawing and other equipment, plus workers yelling. With headphones in was not bad, but without it detracts from the balcony, spa, pool area ambiance. Can't hear it from the beach though. This was January 2024 and it was only framed out, so ask about progress and your room's proximity if going in the next several months. Otherwise: Nice in general. Great location right on the beach, which has free lounge chairs and stationary umbrellas. Nice beach, plenty of activities right on site. Nice enough pool, clean and decent size, and has direct sunlight most of the day. Basic pool bar and snack bar. Its a simple and older place but the grounds are nice, the room was pretty clean, bed was comfortable enough. Air conditioning worked well, and there is pretty good wifi coverage. Plenty to do in a short, safe walking distance. Bodega on site, and at least a dozen bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Some quaint and low-key while others are more upbeat, and some have excellent food. La Bruja Chupadora was my favorite. Cons: The hot water did not always work in the shower. There were brief power outages, usually late at night though so not too bad. The only toiletry provided was toilet paper. No soap, shampoo, tissues or paper towels, but again, not a hotel.

Very good value for money for our group of 6 adults and one infant. The resort's relationship with Villa Blanca beach club was convenient. The apartment's bathrooms and some other rooms had colonies of tiny ants, but nothing that's surprising in the tropics. Every bedroom had air conditioning, which was most welcome.

The place was a little out dated there was no microwave to heat up the left over food, we were placed next to a construction site which began work at 7 am and did not end till 6 p. m even on Saturday, Thankfully it wasn’t a working vacation because the WiFi was non existent. In the week we were there they cleaned our room once. For a few more dollars I could have stayed in an all inclusive.

book beach view but no beach view at all, rooms are nasty and stuff broken in bathroom and patio is very dirty with dust, worst hotel ever.

Everything was wonderful. I enjoyed this place. The AC in my room didn’t get cold enough. But is was within a fair temperature.

The houses look really beautiful but they need a big renovation, we had a rusty tap, rotten table, hot water only the last two days, cleaning only ONCE from 10 days, and there was no broom that we could clean ourselves at least. Also we payed unexpected 90$ for the electricity at the beginning, it was not included in the price

Dirty, bad conditions, nothing to do with the photos and the bad service, they had no towels available for only 3 days, Terrible el mantenimiento, nada que ver con las fotos , pedimos toallas y nos dijeron que no habían , 3 días con la misma , muy pobre y dejado , lo único bueno fue la ubicación

You get what you pay for!!! The property is old with some fresh paint. The beach is fabulous. We opted for a beach front unit and were so glad we did. The view was amazing. The beach was amazing. The service on the beach was great. He let us open a tab in the morning and kept our Coke Zero full all day. We had pizza for lunch and it was so go we had it again for dinner. It was safe and we had a great time. The resort just needs to do some real upgrading. The plugs in the bedroom did not work. Glad I always travel with an extension cord. When you turn the hot water on the lights go dim. Guessing it’s an On-Demand hot water heater. Had to deal with the ants in the room. Also, charged $23 for 2 nights electricity fee at checkin. I would go back but probably try the hotel next door. Btw, they are directly next to secrets.
