During our stay, the ceiling came down in our room, plaster covered most of our bathroom floor, the sinks, our toiletries etc.
I contacted management and they said that they would send someone to fix it. They never came.
Overnight, even more came down which woke us each time it crashed down.
The next day, they finally came to look at it. They moved us to a lower level room and offered a 25 min massage as compensation for it. In my opinion, that was far less that should have been offered. At the very least I would expect that night to have been removed from our bill.
Deeply disappointed with the customer service at this resort.
