Emplacement, restaurations (sauf le vin) et personnels très bien. Equipements et décorations chambres vieillissants qui mériteraient un coup de neuf.

Check in process was easy but scammed of having to spend an extra $140 for vip package in which includes extra amenities and gifts in which I never received. The tv did not work and called guest services many times. Tried ordering room service which was included and tried to charge me. The food is okay. Only nice part was the beach. Room had a very mucky feeling. The wifi is horrible. Barely works. Next time I’m going somewhere else for the money I spent.

Upon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com

Apartamento muito bom, espaçoso e limpo.Praia ótima e limpa. Excelente atendimento do garçom Rámon e das moças do buffet principal, uma exceção...
Pontos negativos:
Atendimento nos bares um pouco de má vontade, poucos restaurantes a lá carte abertos e comida fraca, muito pescados
e mariscos crus.
Atividade noturna zero.
Box do vaso sanitário muito apertado.
Criar problema com a can que contratamos para fazer o transfer para o aeroporto, só queriam que usa-se o contratado por eles.

Lugar especial, atendimento especial.
Resort para quem busca maior tranquilidade, sem bagunça de hóspedes. Piscina gigante, sem aglomerações e muito limpa. Quarto excelente.
Pé na areia, apartamentos muito próximo do mar. A maioria dos resorts precisa andar quilômetros ou utilizar o próprio transporte do hotel para chegar no mar. Experiência incrível. Fiquei em outro maior e mais "luxuoso" Resort alguns dias também para conhecer, mas aconteceu o imaginado: multidões, piscinas cheia, praia longe.
Enfim, na próxima oportunidade, voltarei ao Princess Adults Only.

We had a wonderful time. Our room was very clean and house keeping came daily and did turn down service. everyone has their own private balcony to relax. Felix the beachside bartender was amazing his singing and joy made our evening every night. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. There was some solicitation on the beach but no one was intrusive or pushy. The property is small but has everything you need including a duty free store. Next to the property on the beach are 3 small stores owned by locals selling all sorts of gifts and basic needs stuff and the take cards. We enjoyed walking between the resorts via the beach. The food was good we preferred the buffet over the sit downs available, you can make a reservation at one of the other properties but we just winged it most nights. Best food by far is the deserts some of the best I have ever had. Of note this is a very smoking friendly property. No smoking inside of course but everywhere else is free game. Everyone was friendly and happy to be there this was a 10 for us.

The views and vibe of this resort did not dissappoint. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food needs some work.

Everything was great, though we did have a leak in our room which was over the hot tub and then over the toilet. Wasn’t terrible but we had to use our bath towels on the ground so we wouldn’t slip.
Food was great and it was very clean.

We had an amazing stay here!!!! It was great to relax in such a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very clean. We loved the activities, especially volleyball, the foam party and karaoke. We will be back, next time we will stay longer!
