A melhor estrutura de resort : area grande, bem distribuída, muitos recursos mas com algumas cadeiras de praia quebradas e com equipamentos velhos na academia. Pessoal muito atencioso, mas sobrecarregado às vezes. A limpeza dos quartos feita a cada 2 dias ou quando reclamamos é ponto fraco. No geral ficamos satisfeitos.

The layout of the property is good. The beach is amazing. Good amount of trees for shade. Entertainment was good .
Needs improvement: housekeeping, proper signage at buffet, reliable consistent quality food at buffet, service at buffet, many more chairs at pools as if you aren’t saving something early you won’t get shade or umbrellas, consistent towels available to change over used towels at pools.

The place itself is pretty, there are two big pools and lots of other activities. The beach is pretty big compared to the neighbour hotels.
The have good and high cleaning standards, the beach was cleaned daily.
The food was avarage, I had food poisoning on the last day and there was no much choice of food.
The restaurant were horrible, mainly for the service. We been to 4 out of 6 restaurants and we walked out from one. For a tiny starter, one main and dessert we waited for nearly two hours and they were not even fully booked.
Unfortunately what this place lost the most was the service from most of the staff, at the buffet you would be able to find a cleaned table unless you ha to fetch someone to ask to clean it, most of the time we had to do it our selves. If you were asking them some drinks or anything else they would say “yes coming in a minute” and never came or make faces and seemed annoyed.
In one of the restaurants, the seafood, we had most of the order served wrong and we mentioned at the waiter especially after waited for 2h hours. The next day a supervisor approached and said “we apologies for last night, our manager will give you a compensation” and we never heard or received anything.
At the bars you would have either being ignored or if you would tip at every drink you ask they would give you a terrible drink.
At the check out we were not even asked how was the experience.
Overall the experience was fine but mainly for the sourrounding

overall meh - spend your money to stay at a better resort. mostly rude staff who seem like they don’t know what they’re doing (especially at the dominican restaurant). we loved DR overall (great weather & beaches) but wasn’t a fan of this resort in particular

Staff/service was pretty dependent on where you were at. Both restaurants we ate at had pretty poor service, but the bartenders at the bars generally were good to excellent. Landscaping/outside property and pool all kept clean and very nice. Room was clean. We only ate dinner buffet one night and unfortunately for us it was “American” night so was nothing fantastic.

Front desk staff so rude and i went in the cacino and i win 2000 i never get the money and orlando the manager is a terrible guy he dont respect the gest he is unprefesional ore know how is the person to put the face in front he is the most rude guy ill never see

Really enjoyed the entertainment, and restaurant dining. Did not like the breakfast buffet. Property was dirty throughout, including the bedroom.. there were no towels in my bedroom. It took two days to get them..
room and property were in need of maintenance repairs. Maintenance repairs are simply masked, not actually addressed.. pool area, loungers and barstools had mildew buildup on them. And overall the staff was not polite or attentive
