Foi muito proveitosa minha estadia, tanto na entrada, quanto na saída. Sugestão para novos visitantes, utilizem o The Level, pois é um diferencial que recomendo.

Quando chegamos, o quarto parecia um motel versus um quarto de resort.
A porta da frente tinha evidências de alguém tentando arrombar usando uma chave de fenda nas fechaduras e a própria fechadura estava enferrujada e o revestimento prateado estava descascando.
As gavetas da cômoda não ficavam fechadas. Quando você os fechava, eles simplesmente abriam (totalmente) novamente.
Havia fios antigos expostos no quarto acima do cofre do quarto.
A trava das portas de correr também quebrou.
A cereja do bolo - havia um colchão velho e manchado com fatias, encostado na parede ao lado da nossa porta!
Dissemos à equipe que queríamos ir para outro resort e, é claro, eles nos disseram que o Paradisus estava CHEIO, no entanto, eles têm um quarto atualizado para nós olharmos por mais US $ 90 por noite (originalmente reservamos 6 noites)! Consideramos isso uma cobrança que não valia a pena!
Embora o novo quarto fosse mais aceitável, os jardins também eram HORRÍVEIS!
1. As piscinas estavam imundas! Coisas (óleos, folhas, excrementos de pássaros), flutuando diariamente nas piscinas. Quando levamos isso ao conhecimento da equipe, a resposta deles foi “temos empreiteiros responsáveis pelas piscinas”!
2. Existem apenas 2 restaurantes para café da manhã e almoço. Ambos têm horários extremamente limitados para comer e as escolhas alimentares são extremamente seletivas.
3. NÃO há opções de comida reconfortante (pizza, batata frita, frango frito ou mesmo sorvete). Você deve escolher entre os mesmos menus diariamente.

We absolutely love Punta Cana and look forward to coming back and staying somewhere else. We liked the size of the property and enjoyed walking the paths around it. Disliked having money stolen from the safe in our room while we were at dinner one evening. Disliked having to check-out a few days early, moving to a different property "Westin" as we no longer felt safe. Melia refused to refund us for the days we did not stay there due to our early departure to another hotel.

We certainly had a wonderful time while we were here! Everything and everyone has been amazing! I highly recommend coming here and visiting with Edwin our butler, Felix our bartender, along with many other fantastic people! A good time was had!!

The property was immaculate! The rooms were very comfortable. The food and drinks were awesome. The views were beautiful! The staff was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely go back!

We loved this resort. Staff was very nice, food was pretty good. Our room was a tad run down, but we really had a great time overall. The best part would have to be all the activities - yoga, step, Zumba etc… the gym is beautiful.

Its a beautiful property, nice pools and gardens and a gorgeous beach, however the front desk is a disaster, extremely unprofessional, not able to give a simple answer or solve a problem, we attended the sale/ time share program they offered, the reward was a free surf and turf dinner on the beach, well the salesperson believe his name was angel was by far the worst, we told him that we were going to think about it he got up and left, no hand shaking or i'll check with you guys later, unreal!!! Got the dinner not at the beach but a restaurant and when checking out the next day i had to $121.00 in order to be able to check out, i had to pay for that dinner, spent about 45 minutes at the front explaining that we attented the meeting to check with concierge that we made arrangements with well after no legitimate answer they couldnt find anyone and they couldn't find the voucher for the dinner, i had to put the charge in my card or i was going to miss my flight, needless to say how upset and dissapointed at Melia we are, will never go back there nor would i ever recommend it, Beautiful hotel and gorgeous grounds but the complete lack of training and attitude by the personnel makes it a nightmare. I'm on vacation, paying a lot money dont need all these hassle,. Definitely not place that I would go back to and do yourself a favor go to another resort.

Melia has beautiful grounds ….its HUGE.
Things I didn’t care for verses other 5 star adults only resorts:
My room was 1/2 mile from the beach- now there is transportation to and from but we walked everyday.
Reservations for restaurants: only 3 and was told no for one because we don’t reserve all three the day we arrived. They had me come back and somehow it was available but other resorts you just go to dinner whenever you want
Cards exchange for towels.
Bracelets
Service was slightly rude and big language barrier.
Literally “what-chu want” is the way they ask you what can they get for you.
Food is subjective for everyone. I eat everything and have no food quirks but dinners at the Vietnamese restaurant and Tropical was simply not good. Nor was the dinner buffet.
Also I’m used to top shelf alcohol. All bar alcohol here. All the top shelf bottles are an extra charge.
And no hot water for one whole day so cold showers for the whole resort for dinner. But that was just bad luck. They had a water main break.
BUT with all that being said if anyone who hasn’t been the other 5 STAR all inclusive adults only resorts they would not have any of these small complaints. It is a VERY nice resort overall.

This hotel is NOT a 5star hotel. It's very mediocre, old, disorganized, and staff is not helpful and supportive at all. Food is meh, and even the restaurants that charge are bad 1 hour and 20 minutes for us to get the food we paid for. Extremely dissapointed of this hotel.
