Estrutura do resort é grande e completa, porém, pela experiência ruim na qualidade da comida(média~ruim) e na limpeza do quarto(travesseiros com odor de mofo) não recomendo com 5 estrelas.

the employees are excellent, but there are no shows , no much variety in the food and the pool is very hot looks like a jacuzzi I would give it 2 stars I think the price is too expensive for what they offer And I dare say that Iberostar Puerto Plata is better than the one in Punta Cana and even cheaper

Staff in many of the restaurants was not attentive. Music at bars and at the pool and on the beach was excessively loud. Food was 4 out of 5. Next time would stay at bayhibee

Astonishing views, nice park like ground, very friendly employees, great and very clean housekeeping.
Cons: only one thing, food was sometimes a little cold at the buffet, but the specialty restaurants were absolutely great.
Ones in a while you saw a fly, but for the circumstances that the buffet area is not enclosed you can't be disappointed.
Overall this property is at least 4.8 out of 5.

First time and last time here. Definitely not a 5-star hotel, shame on you Iberostar. The evening shows are a joke, and the staff is very slow and unwilling to help you. The staff at the reception desk also lied about the high availability of reservations for the a la carte restaurants, and the mobile app is useless for making reservations.

Great service at this resort. The only complaint was the sraff at the Catalaran rental place. They misbooked me and when I came for the appointment they said it was not available when another couple was taking a Catamaran out. The rebooked for jext day and also cancelled due to high winds
