Radisson Blu Hotel, Batumi

They should upgrade/renovate their room. Their room is very old. This is very unexpected from a reputated international brand.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

the hotel staff is complete mess. they for no reason refused to check us in lying that ******* has canceled our booking. later we found out that it wasn't truth. also they need to learn more manners when talking to a guest. very dissapointed. not recomended

Честно говоря рассчитывали от отеля немного большего. Очень сильно чувствуется запах сигарет в лобби. Отель уже староват. В целом номера всем оснащены, но на 5* не дотягивают явно. Локация отличная, так же как и бассейн снаружи

位置很好，前台熱情有禮貌。設施稍有點老舊。總的來説還是不錯。出門很方便，前面100米就是海灘，周圍很多吃的。

Very good hotel location and services at heart of the town close to old town and informer of the sea view close to all landmark area and restaurant

Despite two visits from an engineer the aircoditioning in our room did not work properly during the whole of our stay. The room still had not been serviced by 5 pm. On the positive side, the two restaurants served good food. Otherwise, a very average International chain hotel.

The spa suite room was great and the room service was amazing too. I stayed there about 4 years ago. I was especially pleased with the Club burger. The staff is really friendly. Thank you radisson family for everything. Even though many years have passed, I still cannot forget this holiday. Also, your view was very beautiful.

Me and my wife had our wedding photo-session and small honeymoon at this hotel, and from the start it was an incredible service. Our point of contact was Sofia, who always made sure all our needs were met and we had the best the hotel had to offer while arranging the stay. Then on the day we arrived, the receptionist (Elene) was extremely kind and helpful too. Truly the best customer service I've received in Georgia! The location is really great, with views to the sea and mountains. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows heavenly and a great suite all-around. Due to our marriage the hotel additionally gifted us a bottle of champagne, cake and an arrangement of fruits to celebrate which was a delightful touch that only endeared us more to them. Also, the restaurant is pretty high-end, at the top of the hotel and with great views. We only had breakfast there (buffet) but it was delicious. Honestly the best hotel experience in Batumi, the prices are on the medium-low range against other international brands but brings you the top quality that you expect on the big names.
