Todos os funcionários são simpáticos. Só para ir à praia 1 vez je coz um pouco longe mesmo sendo uma ponte e um lugar pequeno je praia dia. Então passamos mais tempo com as crianças na piscina. Mas está tudo bem. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 virá novamente. Insha-Allah.

Great hotel,friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean, stylish, spacious room, well equipped and comfortable bed.great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I love the beach although have to walk thru sky bridge. It was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Though the location may be a little far from the airport, it's got a good sea view and the staff were all friendly and are always there to cater to any demands 24/7. Would recommend this hotel if anyone is looking for a short-term stay.

Our family are really enjoyed at Doubletree, their hospitality is amazing and the amenities are all Crabtree brand, good product! Not forget to mentioned their heartfelt warm cookies upon check in!
The only things to nag was the beach is way too far for the elderly!
Thanks for the free upgrade and the birthday free decoration with cake, my mother in law was happy !

The location of the hotel is far from sea & you need to cross the bridge to go beach.
Breakfast a lot of choice & delicious. Staff at cafeteria also friendly (Ieyda,Laila,Akmal,Soon & Ain) tq breakfast team you guys are awesome.

Twin rooms are huge but some electronics in the room are not maintained. In my case the HDMI socket on the desk was busted.
Breakfast was not as good as it used to be. The kid's section has been removed.
The staff were exceptionally nice.
