Eraora Hotel Village

I arrived late, very stressed, after a very difficult bike ride from Napoli, at 850pm. She instructed me to go get some food imediately ( before the dining room closed at 9pm ) and after a good meal I finally felt human. I appreciated her insight into my needs then and am hugely grateful. Room was fine. In the morning the help from a young chap on reception to help me with a WiFi issue was above and beyond. Please tell him the maps loaded and I am now cycling happily to Sicily . Well done the reception team . A huge thank you

We arrived at check in and could clearly see this was not the hotel that appeared on the booking site. Extremely run down. They asked for full payment for 4 nights upfront, and an additional 70 euros per day for use of the facilities! Sharing my concerns with the nice girl at the front test she asked if I wanted to see our room first. Room 40. Pink walls four beds tightly squeezed, bathroom out of the 1960s, and the smell of mold It was worse than a youth hostel I once stayed in! They offered me another room, which was a little better. I agreed we would take it only because a refund was not possible, but we were genuinely ready to take the 1000 euro hit. Back at reception by this point, having paid only to be told we had to wear wrist bands throughout our stay to acees the facilities, a woman interjected. At first I thought she was coming to our defence, instead she began yelling at me telling me that I had done nothing but complain. I explained in Italian that it is not as appears on the booking site. To which she asked me to prove it. Of course, the internet was also crap, so we went through them on the hotel computer. She then marched me to room 40 again, I guess assuming a miraculous makeover had occurred in the 15 minutes since my last visit. Yelling at me and berating me she said she didn't want us in her hotel and agreed to return our payment. We dodged a bullet.

Villaggio grande e spazioso. Spiaggia vasta e attrezzata. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Animazione divertente e organizzata. Cibo molto buono. La percezione di sentirsi a casa… che è l aspetto che mi è rimasto nel cuore. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Villaggio Fantastico dove trascorrere una vacanza non solo in completo relax ma anche con tanto divertimento. Infatti si ha la possibilità di accedere al parco acquatico, aqua farm, in modo gratuito. Cibo ottimo e camere pulite e confortevoli. Un servizio navetta che permette di raggiungere innumerevoli bellezze della costiera amalfitana. Consiglio e spero di tornarci presto

Villaggio bellissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort. La stanza stupenda, molto grande, con arredamento moderno. La colazione ricca ed abbondante, che ti permette di mangiare sia dolce che salato, con prodotti di alta qualità . Personale cortese e gentile, che hanno accontentato le nostre richieste. Anche la piscina è bellissima.Per l’accesso in spiaggia,abbiamo usufruito del sottopasso,un modo sicuro per non attraversare la strada.Cibo divino,sempre fresco e abbondante.Grigliate all’aperto sia di carne che di pesce. Che dire,ritorneremo con piacere

Io sono stato la settimana scorsa villaggio molto curato sopra la media Lo consiglierei a tutti Personale gentilissimo disponibili su qualsiasi cosa Qualità del cibo molto buona Camera standard buona per essere un villaggio La spiaggia è veramente favolosa grande tutta sabbia chiara bello veramente Ci siamo divertiti molta l animazione è davvero brava Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Sono stata al villaggio questo giugno Molto pulito dalla spiaggia al verde il parco le camere Le sulerior sicuramente migliori delle standard Io le consiglio Il personale educato simpatico anche l animazione bravissimi Il cibo molto buono tanta scelta carne pesce verdure Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo E il parco aquatico spettacolare e gratis

La villeggiatura che ho fatto a Giugno non mi è piaciuto niente ,7 giorni cibo sempre uguale ,niente pesce solo frittatine e verdure ,carne tutti i giorni.Ps le camere sono pessime e letti con doghe rotte scomodissimo, bagno da barbie wc piccoli, lo staff e animatori sono da 10 e lode la struttura è ottima ma non gestita molto bene,ripeto le camere sono da rifare e per quando riguarda le linee telefoniche è un disastro.

Gli animatori sono sempre presenti e scherzosi mantengono il Villaggio H24 allegro cortialissimi e gentili animatori cosí attivi non il avevo mai trovatoi faccio i miei complimenti alla Jolly animescol il cibo era tutto buonissimo la pulizia eta buona e anche la struttura è Bellissima e accogliente ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua
