Bom custo x beneficio. O novo dono provavelmente comprou um motel antigo e reformou. Tudo novo, limpo e seguro. Por fora não representa a qualidade dos quartos. Recomendo!

Very nice and clean! The property is newly renovated. There's two things that could use help. The water pressure was low and the parking lot needs repaving. I do not wear shoes indoors; but here I had to because the amount of dirt tracked in from the parking lot.
However, the price was right and I will stay here again if visiting Baton Rouge.

Rooms were very clean, good size. Manager very helpful and friendly. There is cooking supplies, but no eating utensils or plates. I think it would be a good idea to add some utensils and plates.

Cleanest motel room I have ever experienced bar none! Would stay again for this fact alone.
Owner/property manager was most accommodating giving us a larger kitchenet room on arrival as a unsolicited upgrade.
Some reviewers have noted Hwy 190 neighborhood as a negative. As well managed as this facility is and the cleanliness of the room would have to say this to be for our use a non issue. The facility parking is secure with only one access point in or out. Very safe.
If you are looking for a exceptionally clean room and a bargain stay this is it!

We stayed here overnight after attending an LSU Football game. The hotel looks older and under construction from the outside but the room was beautiful. The manager was very courteous and helpful.

This was a great 3 night stay overall …the room was freshly remodeled and absolutely spotless.
The bed was super comfy the shower was hot and the a/c was cold. The neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired…nothing much to eat around there but there is a kitchen so bring your own food.
The owner was very nice and attentive.
If you just need the basics …this is a great choice! Perfect for my business trip to BR !

Nice place about three miles from the interstate. Very nice staff, more than adequate room with a small kitchenette. Looks to be newly renovated. Well worth the price.
