The hotel receptionist was incredibly attentive in explaining where we could park. Check in was excellent again very attentive and we got offered a free upgrade. Location of the hotel is excellent (dead central to all amenities in Bath). The room was spotless and looked really new too. Covid measures all observed. Nice bar with an excellent wine choice at very reasonable prices. All in all a great hotel and stay. Check out was quick and easy too. Oh and the chocolate chip cookies provided upon check in were fab!

An underwhelming experience , I guess due to COVID restrictions.The room was fine , clean and with the usual tea,coffee, biscuits and a fridge which was a big plus.
Breakfast was however disappointing , fruit juice in packets , cooked breakfast was average and rather bland . I understand the health issues but I spent Tuesday night in another hotel , albeit much smaller in an Oxfordshire town but it was a completely different experience .Fresh juice , eggs to order etc
The final disappointment was the parking bill for £15 for the night
A good hotel chain but this could’ve been better

Great hotel. Really central to bath town. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you could need. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Couldn’t fault it especially at that price point! Would return

Rooms is spacious enough, bed is comfortable. Hotel buffet breakfast is just fine. Theres not much choices but the service on check in/out is good. Dont expect much on lift, lift is small and quiet slow.

Hotel located in the town center and closed to the famous historic spots. Within 10 minutes walk and you could do shopping, sightseeing and dinning whatever you like. Hotel breakfast is great with vary choices of food. Additional a large car parking facility and supermarket just next to the hotel. It’s make your trip more convenient. Must book again if I go to Bath next time.
