New England Inn & Lodge

This was our 3rd stay at NE Inn & Lodges. We love the cabins & area. The cabin was not as clean as it should have been: I had to clean the jetted tub. Baseboards & tub surround were dusty. Coffee was provided but we had to go to the office to re-supply & when we got there, the sign said "closed early" so no coffee next morning. Our lirst stay was pre-covud & included continental breakfast. They never brought it back..

We stayed in the jacuzzi lodge and it’s so comfy cozy here. Great accommodations, comfy bed, comfy couch, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace and tv. Great little porch out front with nice rocking chairs would be better if the weather was warmer than the 8° this weekend but that’s Mother Nature for you. Also 100 yards away from Tuckermans Tavern which is great to walk to and from. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking.

We travel a lot and stay in the North Conway - Jackson area several times a year at different places. I really liked the atmosphere at NE Inn & Lodges. We stayed in the Inn. The entranced is bright and welcoming. There is a gas fireplace that was lovely to sit in front of and read. But the fireplace did not have a blower to bring heat into the room which would have been nice on a cold day. The room was lovely. It was quite large and had a sitting area. The TV offered many channels and the remote was easy to use. There were two entrances in the room. One led to the large wrap around porch with nice furniture. Great for sitting and looking. The room was nicely decorated. The large wooden beams gave it an awesome western lodge look. The only negative was the wooden beams made the room seem darker than if it had white walls. Better lighting would solve the problem. Because of the covered porch no sunlight came in to brighten the room. The room was spotlessly clean. The coffee pot was useful. If you drink tea, ask at the desk for some. The refrigerator came in very handy as did the microwave. No dishes or utensils were there. The bathroom was large with needed toiletries. The towels were nice. Staff: the ones we met were friendly and helpful. Food: Breakfast at the Sunrise Café a few miles away offers a great menu, food, and at very reasonable prices. There might be a line to get in during busy times. Dinner at Tuckerman's is a great place. It is owned by the Inn an is across the small road from the inn. Good menu with good food and prices. Pool: Get towels at the check in desk. The pool was very clean and so were the dressing rooms. (but could change if it is very busy) It was a nice place to relax and read. No hot tub. We went off season so no one was there but us. There are different types of accommodations: log cabins, cottages, and the Inn. Something for everyone. Lots to do in the area all year around. Would I return to the Inn? Yes, but being retired we wait for specials.

We stayed as a family for the weekend as it was close to Story Land. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The newly renovated Garden Suite was perfect! The lofted ceilings made the room feel very large and I liked that the half wall separated the beds from the “living room” area. It is beautifully appointed and very clean. We were in number 2 which is half of a cottage with a lovely porch with Adirondack chairs. It was located across from the indoor pool. We swab in the pool twice during our stay and were the only family in the pool. We had dinner at Tuckerman’s both nights and the food and service was great. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this property!

My family and I loved it here! The room was very comfortable and perfect for my family of 5. Pool was great! Very clean and heated. Such a convenient location, close to North Conway, but quiet and serene. Great customer service. We will definitely be back!

I've stayed here multiple times. I booked a cabin for months in advance including an added special package. When I checked in they had bumped me to a lower quality hotel room and didn't have the package I had ordered but they could get it the next day. The woman at the desk blamed to person that took the reservation then said they don't have any cabins available and the room is much nicer than the cabin...that was a total lie. As soon as we walked in the room we could hear the neighbors nextdoor, we heard the guests upstairs and the matainance room was right below us and whenever somebody went in or out the door slammed and shook the walls. We got our added package on our second day and the champagne was gross, don’t order that. On our last morning we were woken at 6am to people fighting nextdoor, at 8am the upstairs neighbors starting making trips down and up the stairs outside our room to pack their car. While packing up my room, housekeeping was below us chatting away using foul language to describe their weekend. Their talk went straight through the floor to my room. Noise goes right through the walls and it is not private. We heard other guests all weekend. I reserved a cabin for peace and quiet and privacy, didn't get any of that and way over paid for what I got. When talking to the manager he blamed the the new staff for changing my reservation. I don't know who is to blame but they're all pointing the finger at someone else. The inn's way of fixing it was to propose I take more time to go back and spend more money there... When I asked for the owners to call me I never heard from anyone again. Either they don't want the owners to know that they screwed up or the owners don't care about their customers. I will never go back to the new england inn again. If you're looking for a private cabin to stay for a weekend away, go to Pemi Cabins in Lincoln, it's half the price and the staff is the best.

Love coming here! Its in a great location less than 10 minutes from downtown North Conway. We typically stay in the log cabin building across the way. The restaurant on property also gives preferred seating too guests! We also like the deal you're able to get for staying here and booking snowmobile tour with Northern Extreme. The only complaint we had was they no longer have the breakfast area that was likely a result of covid.

We went to the New England inn and Lodge for February vacation with our family. They have re-done the interior of a lot of the rooms. It truly was remarkable and done tastefully. More modern. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pool was nice relaxing and the restaurant was terrific. You can call the front desk to make a reservation and you will receive a call to your room when it is time. This was a great feature! It gets pretty busy there but the staff is quick and great! Overall a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this place ! 😁

Very happy with my stay here. I was in the room called Moose Crossing, and it was gorgeous! It was a one bedroom suite and the ceiling were high and there was tons of space. There was a spectacular view from the bedroom. I didn't want to leave the room, though I did to enjoy hiking nearby. Room was immaculate. I arrived late and the key was waiting for me with clear directions to the room. Tuckerman's was fantastic for a meal and drinks with friendly people and great food. I had booked this hotel without a ton of research so was expecting something very normal--and was super happily surprised with how lovely a properly this was! Hope to return and stay longer.
