近火車站，環境寧靜，煮食設備齊全，連油鹽也提供，只是我們三人其中一梳化床較簡單，睡得不太好，其餘點讚！但這個是沒有前台辦理入住，網上輸入有點烦人。

The suites are well located, near the Sants train station and close to bus and metro stops. Taxis can be reached easily in front of the building. The room is very spacious and luminous. The entry is on the side of the building and not directly on the front desk area. There are many restaurants and markets near, so you can buy your groceries and enjoy the full kitchen available in the apartment (specially for breakfasts,,,) They have 2 washer machines and 2 dryers available in the rooftop. They provide the detergent and the softener. Great !!! I take advantage of this unique offer. But... I need to talk about the reasons I don't give 5 stars to them. This is not a cheap place to stay in Barcelona. This means that the service and facilities must function accordingly. I said this because although the room was very large and equipped with almost all new items, I was surprised that when we have problems with the hot water control in the shower and, with the toilet (that keeps the water opened, not allowing the flush process), the situation was notified, and the answer that I received was that because it's weekend and also, Monday a holiday (La Merce), there's no maintenance personnel that can fix both situations. I must give thanks to Leo and Erick that make their best effort to solve in certain way the problem. Really thanks to both of them. My suggestion to the owners; given the case that people from all over the world stay in your facilities, you must have maintenance personnel that can fixed any problem that could arise in the apartment. No matter the cost or holiday event of the year. I don't want to imagine if the problem happens with the AC or any other major appliance, and there is not other room where we can be moved. But again, Leo and Erick, thanks for your effort... No matter this, if I return to Barcelona, I will evaluate stay with them again...

Mi raccomando ricordatevi di lavare le stoviglie appena uscite dall'appartamento. Anche se all'ingresso le trovate zozze e macchiate. Ah e non provare nemmeno ad utilizzare la lavastoviglie... Non funziona. Noi per tutto questo siamo stati redarguiti dalla simpaticissima signora della reception. Per il resto buon servizio.

Partiamo dalla posizione che è molto buona, la fermata metro a poche centinaia di metri. L'appartamento ha qualche segno di usura evidente e dovrebbe essere curato un pò di più, comunque è passabile. Ora le note dolenti: Già all'atto della prenotazione ho detto chiaramente che avremmo fatto il chek circa all'una di notte, e l'ho ribadito con varie mail e messaggi whattsapp. Quando arriviamo in struttura la Signora Isa ci fa notare che per il chekin in ritardo si deve pagare un supplemento di 60€, cosa a cui non ha fatto minimamente riferimento nelle varie comunicazioni avute, in quel momento però ci fa uno sconto e paghiamo un supplemento di 20€. Io avevo inizialmente prenotato 2 appartamenti per 8 persone in totale, però poi siamo diventati 7 e 10 giorni prima del soggiorno chiedo uno sconto che mi vine quantificato in 60€. La sera del checkin viene dimenticato questo sconto, il giorno dopo lo faccio notare, e la Signora Isa praticamente si rimangia i 40€ di sconto del checkin ritardato e mi riconosce solo 20€ di sconto. In tutta questa vicenda c'è stata prima di tutto poco correttezza e poi una buona dose di furbizia, onestamente siamo rimasti un pò interdetti, ecco perchè nel complesso devo esprimere una valutazione negativa.
